Equity in education is an important basis for social equity.The basic requirement of education equity is to guarantee citizens the right to education in accordance with the law.The key point is to promote the balanced development of compulsory education.The fundamental measure is to rationally allocate educational resources and accelerate the narrowing of the education gap.Promoting the balanced development of compulsory education is a strategic task of compulsory education,and group-run school is an effective measure to achieve the balanced development goal of compulsory education,and also a driving force for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.The shortage of quality education resources has always been one of the major problems facing China's education.To better solve the huge contradiction between the growing demand for quality education resources and the shortage of quality education resources,the development of education in China Need to diversify,so the group-run school model has risen rapidly and has become an important model adopted by major universities.The group-run school of famous schools has enabled the rapid expansion of high-quality educational resources and played an important role in promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.Under the leadership of prestigious schools,prestigious schools have exported excellent educational concepts,management concepts and some faculty to other member schools,making the resources of prestigious schools no longer scarce resources,and more and more students can receive higher quality education.The implementation of group-based education has alleviated the current situation of insufficient quality education resources to a certain extent,which is conducive to promoting education equity and promoting the regional balanced development of compulsory education.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing data,this paper makes some preliminary explorations and generalizations on the promotion of the balanced development of compulsory education in China.Based on the existing research,this paper comprehensively discusses the existing research on the balanced development of group-run schools and compulsory education in China,and summarizes the background and model of the group-run school in compulsory education in China.And summed up,analyzed the successful cases of domestic group-run schools,and analyzed the promotion effect of group-run schools on the balanced development of compulsory education,which is mainly reflected in the goal of achieving fairness in compulsory education,and is conducive to improving the level of compulsory education.It is conducive to promoting the reform of the compulsory education system.Secondly,this study selected the L primary school education group in Gulou District of Nanjing as a research case,and used the research methods of interviews,questionnaires and case studies to comprehensively discuss the current situation of the group education of L primary school education group.The main achievements,the key issues in the grouping of L primary schools and the main influencing factors of group-run schools.Finally,this paper attempts to put forward relevant opinions and suggestions on giving full play to the balanced development of group education and promoting compulsory education.The author believes that under certain conditions,group-run schools can not only promote education fairness,but also improve the utilization rate of educational resources.It is a school-running model that promotes the balanced development of compulsory education.However,as far as the current development is concerned,there are still some problems in the process of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in group-run schools.To give full play to the role of group-run schools in promoting the balanced development of compulsory education,we must focus on improving the external governance system and internal management system of the education group and coordinating the benign interaction between core schools and member schools.Only in this way can we promote the development of group-run schools and meet the people's demand for quality education resources.In the end,we can promote the balanced,high-quality and efficient development of regional compulsory education resources through the group-run school model.
