At present,the curriculum reform of basic education is advancing in depth.The new curriculum reform emphasizes more on cultivating students’ intrinsic learning motivation,and pays more attention to cultivating students’ proactive and cooperative learning attitude and spirit.In this context,the original educational concepts and models can no longer meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform,and it is imperative to innovate new teaching models.The guided learning plan teaching model emerged as the times require.This model has significant advantages in the field of Chinese reading teaching and is worth actively exploring and excavating.This study takes teachers and students from some schools in Zhanjiang City as the research object,and explores the practical level of Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools under the guidance plan model.This study analyzes a large number of documents,traces the origin of the concept of "learning guidance plan",clarifies the historical development,clarifies the connotation and value of the learning guidance plan,and seeks the internal relationship between the two in the application of the learning guidance plan in Chinese reading teaching,laying a solid theoretical foundation for constructing a high school Chinese reading teaching model based on the design of the learning guidance plan.Through interviews and surveys with teachers and students from different levels of schools in Zhanjiang City,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools based on the design of learning guidance plans,draws on existing successful experiences,and constructs a new model of Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools based on the design of learning guidance plans.It clarifies the constituent elements,types of learning plans,compilation principles,and implementation processes of learning guidance plans in Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools,Select Unit 2 of the Compulsory Volume II of Senior High School Chinese for the design of a learning guide,carry out specific teaching practice exploration,and propose further optimization strategies based on the analysis of the effectiveness of teaching practice.The teaching practice shows that the high school Chinese reading teaching model based on guidance design has significant advantages in ensuring the return of students’ dominant position,improving teaching effectiveness,and enhancing students’ comprehensive abilities.However,there are also problems such as increasing the workload of teachers and students,and uneven learning outcomes in parallel classes.Based on this,the four-step strategy of "guidance,inquiry,exploration,and evaluation" is proposed.It is expected to provide practical guidance for the application of learning guidance plans in high school Chinese reading teaching by focusing on "guidance" accurately,enhancing the "penetration" of education,classifying "questions" hierarchically,improving the "internal driving force" of learning,participating in "exploration" by all staff,bursting out the "creativity" of students,multi-dimensional diagnosis,and evaluation,and stimulating the "new vitality" of teaching.However,the teaching of Chinese reading in senior high schools based on the design of learning guidance plans still faces the contradiction between "ideal and reality" and "design and generation" in a short period of time.Moreover,due to the limited theoretical level and ability,short practical time,and too limited number and scope of questionnaires,this study still has many shortcomings,which need further in-depth research in future studies and work.
