| Numerous studies have shown that: Information technology promotes the professional development of teachers.Currently,IT facilities have been relatively complete,and teachers’ IT ability in understanding and preparation is higher than the average level of OECD.However,the level of teachers’ IT application ability is still low.However,teacher professional development cannot be accurately measured with the existing tools,and the concrete form of teacher professional development,namely teacher professional capital,can be measured.Therefore,studying and answering questions such as "what role does teachers’ information technology application ability play in the path of promoting teachers’ professional capital development so as to promote teachers’ professional development" can point out the way for teacher professional development.Through the investigation and analysis,many problems are found.Based on this,this study aims to improve the informatization teaching level and information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers by carrying out courses to improve the application ability of information technology,so as to achieve the goal of promoting the development of teacher professional capital.The specific research process is as follows:First of all,the actual situation of teachers’ IT application ability and professional capital is investigated and analyzed.Based on previous studies,this study developed a questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers’ IT application ability and professional capital,and tested its reliability and validity through two pre-surveys.The results show that the information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers is at a good level,and the professional capital is only at a qualified level,and the gap between each dimension is small.There is a significant positive correlation between the two,and a multiple linear regression equation of the former five dimensions and the latter is established.Potential profile analysis was used to classify the former into high level teachers’ IT application ability group,medium level teachers’ IT application ability group and low level teachers’ IT application ability group,accounting for 21.2%,41.8% and 37% respectively.More-over,multiplelinear regression equations of the former five dimensions and the latter were es tablished respectively.Secondly,according to the training of the application ability of information technology of teachers in primary and secondary schools,the starting point of training teachers’ application skills of information technology is to evaluate the teachers’ application skills of information technology,and the combination of knowles adult learning theory,teacher professional development stage theory,learning community theory,blended learning theory and so on.Based on the overall design idea of operability,timeliness and sustainability,this paper systematically designs the improvement of teachers’ application skills of information technology,and conducts in-depth research on the scheme,personnel organization structure,management,content,methods and evaluation.Finally,the design scheme was implemented in the selected school,the preparatory work of the project was elaborated,and one of the courses "acquisition of teaching Hardware and Software and resources" was taken as an example to give a detailed description of the project,and the influence of the project on teachers’ information technology application ability was studied from the perspectives of teachers and experts.It is found that after the implementation of the curriculum,teachers’ ability to use information technology and professional capital are better than before the implementation of the curriculum.It can be seen from the experiment that this program plays a very important role in improving teachers’ ability to use information technology and professional capital,which is of great help to promote teachers’ professional development and the development of school information-based teaching. |
