Since the beginning of the 21st century,our country has paid more and more attention to the development of educational informationization.At present,the first stage of the information technology application capacity improvement project for primary and secondary schools in China has basically ended.Primary and secondary school teachers in county and township areas of guangxi have directly or indirectly participated in the training courses of the information technology promotion project,and their classroom information technology application capacity has been improved.In big data and cloud computing and development under the background of the birth of a new round of information technology,a new era of education informatization development goals with anchor,which prompted the deep reform in the field of education,the development of information technology in the classroom from auxiliary to fusion to the change of the future innovation make the development of primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability in guangxi face the challenge and opportunity,again how to use information technology to improve the project lead guangxi primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability raise became the key to the development of education informatization.This study explores the application ability of information technology of primary and secondary school teachers in guangxi from the perspective of competency,conducts literature research on the competency theory,and summarizes the current research status of competency in the field of education and application ability of information technology.Next,data analysis and research on the current situation of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers in guangxi are conducted by means of questionnaire survey and interview with teachers in guilin,liuzhou,hechi,yulin,qinzhou and other regions.In combination with the teachers'information technology standards,TPACK teaching theory,and current expert opinion extracted after the comprehensive analysis of the information technology environment awareness,information security consciousness,teaching resources,information technology application effect assessment,information security education,information technology,master,teaching resources and processing hardware integration,information technology teaching and learning attitude and motivation of nine information technology application competence characteristics,build out an elementary and middle schools information technology four trustum of a pyramid competency model.And from the perspective of teachers and training perspective to constructivism,operating,independent development,teaching reflection and on-demand training,learning community theory points based on the current guangxi culture plan and teachers'information technology to promote engineering problems are analyzed and the elementary and middle schools teacher information technology ability of how to develop for the future are discussed,and Suggestions were put forward.The results of this study provide a competency model with practical operation significance for the development of teachers' it application ability in guangxi and a reference strategy for the development of teaching staffs it ability for the training organizers of information technology.
