At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to adhere to the core position of innovation in China’s modernization drive and optimize the allocation of innovation resources.Local innovation resources have a stronger appeal in the local community.Applying local innovation resources to the teaching of ideological and political courses often makes it easier for students to gain recognition and stimulate their inner sense of honor and pride.The value of local innovation resources is obvious.Local innovative resources and ideological and political courses have a high degree of compatibility,and integrating them into ideological and political courses can meet the needs of high school students’ ideological and political development,while meeting the requirements of the new curriculum standards.Innovative resources are high-quality resources of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics generated by the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone during the period of socialist construction in China.The use of innovative resources in Shenzhen can inject fresh elements into the inherent content of ideological and political courses,help teachers understand innovative resources in Shenzhen,make the teaching content vivid and rich,form a positive learning atmosphere,and enhance the effectiveness of high school political courses.This article is guided by Marxism,using research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,and case analysis,and based on the discipline of Marxist theory,with the initial intention of improving the level of ideological and political education and teaching in high schools.Taking Shenzhen High School as a case study,this article combines a large amount of experience accumulated during my life and work in Shenzhen to conduct a beneficial research on the integration of local innovative resources into the ideological and political teaching in high schools.This study focuses on the following four aspects.Firstly,understanding and grasping the scientific connotation of the innovative development concept in Shenzhen’ s local innovation resources,and analyzing and demonstrating the relationship between local innovation resources and Shenzhen’ s innovation resources are the foundation and prerequisite for studying the integration of Shenzhen’ s innovation resources into high school ideological and political teaching.Secondly,Shenzhen has a rich variety of local innovation resources with distinctive characteristics,and has a strong background in the era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,clarifying the value and feasibility of integrating Shenzhen innovation resources into ideological and political courses in high schools has great educational value and role in implementing the primary goal of establishing morality and cultivating people in ideological and political courses.Thirdly,based on the actual investigation,grasp the current situation of integrating innovative resources into the ideological and political teaching in high schools in Shenzhen.This study takes Shenzhen High School as an example,using questionnaires and interviews to conduct field research around the integration of local innovation resources into the ideological and political teaching of high schools.Based on its current development status,it objectively analyzes the existing problems and reasons.The survey found that there are some problems in integrating local innovation resources into the ideological and political teaching of high schools in Shenzhen: uneven distribution of resources in various districts;Inadequate interpretation of local resource culture;The " practical" teaching model is insufficient.The reasons for these problems come from three levels: schools,teachers,and students: lack of understanding of Shenzhen’s innovative resources;Teachers have a slight lack of professional ability in curriculum development and utilization;The lack of students’ subjective awareness of the development and utilization of curriculum resources.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the integration of local innovation resources into the ideological and political teaching of high schools,this paper proposes the basic principles that should be followed in the application of local innovation resources,as well as the following optimization strategies: mining the text content of textbooks to integrate into Shenzhen innovation resources;Using local resources to construct a second classroom;Create a good campus cultural environment.
