The ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for senior high schools(2017edition,2020 Revision)clearly puts forward that "schools should give full play to the main role of teachers in the construction of curriculum resources,encourage and support teachers to fully tap and effectively use all available curriculum resources according to local conditions,so as to create favorable conditions for students' learning and the effective implementation of teachers' teaching." With the emphasis on local resources in the new curriculum standard,how to develop local cultural resources has gradually become the focus of Ideological and political teachers.Local cultural resources refer to the sum of material and spiritual cultural resources with strong local characteristics in the area where schools and teachers and students are located.Because of being close to students' life,local cultural resources can improve students' interest in learning ideological and political subjects,enhance students' cultural self-confidence,and finally achieve the goal of cultivating students' core literacy of Ideological and political subjects.It has become an important curriculum resource of Ideological and political courses in senior high school.The research on the development of local cultural resources of senior high school ideological and political course is in line with the requirements of the new curriculum standard on strengthening the construction of curriculum resources,the requirements of the curriculum objectives of senior high school ideological and political course and the requirements of the curriculum content of senior high school ideological and political course.At the same time,it can also enrich the teaching content of senior high school ideological and political course and enhance students' political identity,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The local cultural resources of Ideological and political course in senior high school are oriented towards enhancing students' cultural self-confidence,aiming at cultivating students' core literacy of Ideological and political discipline and realizing "Building Morality and cultivating people".They have the characteristics of moral education,regionality,diversity and potential.Taylor principle,Tao Xingzhi's life education theory and Dewey's experience learning theory are the theoretical basis for the development and application of local cultural resources.The local cultural resources of Ideological and political course in senior high school include two types: local material cultural resources and local spiritual cultural resources.At the same time,the development process should follow the five principles of characteristics,fit,interest,sharing and moderation.In addition,its development should be carried out according to the basic procedure of establishing a development team-collecting local cultural resources-screening local cultural resources-transforming local cultural resources-using local cultural resources-evaluating local cultural resources-improving local cultural resources-integrating local cultural resources,Through layers of screening and continuous improvement,improve the development effect of local cultural resources of Ideological and political course in senior high school.Through the questionnaire survey of students and interviews with teachers,this paper summarizes the current development of local cultural resources of Ideological and political course in senior high school,which has effectively stimulated students' interest in learning ideological and political course;Teachers' recognition of the development of local cultural resources is relatively high and effective.However,there are also local cultural resources in the development,which remain superficial in the development of Ideological and political courses in senior high school;The developed local cultural resources can not become the typical curriculum resources of Ideological and political course in senior high school;The content and thought of the development of local cultural resources in senior high school ideological and political courses are difficult to resonate with students.According to the development principles and basic procedures,this paper looks for the causes of the problems,and summarizes that the lack of teachers' ability to develop local cultural resources is the superficial and fundamental reason for the development of local cultural resources in senior high school ideological and political courses;The low fit between the developed local cultural resources and the ideological and political course in senior high school is an important reason why the developed local cultural resources can not become the typical curriculum resources of Ideological and political course in senior high school;The lack of effective channels for students to understand local cultural resources is the reason why the developed local cultural resources can not resonate with students.On this basis,from improving teachers' ability to develop local cultural resources;Improve the fit between local cultural resources and ideological and political courses in senior high school;Vigorously expand the effective channels for students to understand local cultural resources,and put forward improvement strategies from three aspects.In this process,by analyzing the development of Nanning local cultural resources in high school ideological and political course as the basis for practical research,and through case analysis and research,the development of local cultural resources in high school ideological and political course is more clear and practical and persuasive.
