Research On Problems And Measures Of Rural E-commerce Talents Between Schools And Enterprises Of Guzhen County Vocational And Technical School

In order to better cultivate rural e-commerce talents,a new development approach is provided for the development of rural e-commerca talents through the background of school enterprise Cooperation in Guzhen County Vocational and Technical School,In this thesis,Guzhen County Vocational and technical school rural e-commerce talent school-enterprise cooperation training as the object of study,the use of case studies and access to a variety of literature and other methods of theoretical analysis,and through specific data analysis,interviews,inductive synthesis and other methods,it studied the composition of teachers,funding input,curriculum system,teaching system,training results,professional setup,employment and entrepreneurship,institutional setup and Institutional Guarantee in the cooperative training of e-commerce talents in rural areas of Guzhen County Vocational and technical schools.Based on the study of the above problems,it is found that there are many problems in the training of e-commerce talents in rural areas of Guzhen County Vocational and technical schools,such as the uneven quality of the teachers in the training courses,the insufficient investment in the cooperation funds between schools and enterprises,the insufficient degree of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the slow progress of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the single-level mode of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the few training bases outside schools,the teaching system and the curriculum system,etc.The reasons for these problems lie in the unreasonable allocation of teachers,the lag in the training of teachers,the insufficient financial and policy support from the government,the lack of initiative of cooperative enterprises,the outmoded views on talent training,the weak practical consciousness,and the neglect of the curriculum and teaching system,lack of assessment mechanism.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to adopt rational allocation of teachers,optimize teacher training mechanism,encourage diversified capital investment,strengthen legal and policy support,and optimize curriculum system,to increase the proportion of training courses,to promote the integration of industry and education,work-study alternation,to promote and implement a win-win mechanism of cooperation,and to enhance the awareness of practical teaching,multi-channel promotion of training base construction,construction of a multi-level rural e-commerce talent school-enterprise cooperation training,using the development of Internet technology to build a school-enterprise cooperation e-commerce talent training and other measures,to improve the quality of rural e-commerce talents in Guzhen County Vocational and technical schools.
