Mind Map was put forward by the famous psychologist Tony Bozan in the late1960 s.It expresses the relationship between different levels of topics through divergent thinking,and uses lines to closely connect and effectively process each key word with graphics,so as to achieve the effect of knowledge visualization.A clear,vivid and intuitive mind map helps to reflect the students’ thinking network,show the knowledge structure of the brain,and promote the brain’s thinking.This paper will use the methods of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,classroom observation and comparison to study the combination of mind mapping and the review of ideological and political courses in junior high school.This study mainly includes five parts:First of all,the related concepts of mind mapping and ideological and political course review are theoretically combed.Secondly,this paper expounds the significance of applying mind mapping to the review of ideological and political courses in junior high school from the perspectives of teachers,students and the classroom,mainly including: first,it is beneficial for teachers to improve the efficiency of classroom review teaching,enrich classroom review teaching methods,and optimize the design of blackboard writing for classroom review;Second,it is conducive to improving the efficiency of students’ memory of knowledge,cultivating students’ logical thinking ability,and cultivating students’ systematic thinking ability;Third,it is beneficial to improve the pertinence of classroom review and effectively reflect the systematic nature of knowledge.Then through questionnaire survey,classroom observation and other methods to analyze the current situation of the application of mind mapping in the review of ideological and political courses in junior high school.On the one hand,some achievements have been made in teachers’ professional quality,curriculum review teaching efficiency,students’ systematic thinking,and knowledge consolidation effect;On the other hand,there are also some problems.In the aspect of teachers,the main problems are: first,cognitive insufficiency,one-way output mind map;Second,ignore the essence and apply formalization;Third,focus on results and simplify evaluation.The main reasons are as follows: First,the degree of attention is not enough,ignoring the student body;Second,lack of systematic learning and application ability;Third,the influence of examination-oriented teachers is one-sided.In terms of students,the main problems are as follows: first,the motivation of drawing needs to be strengthened;Second,the rendering is difficult and time-consuming;Third,the rendering quality needs to be improved.The main causes are: insufficient understanding and application ability;Second,the classroom content is vague and the difficulty of drawing is increased;Third,the training guidance is insufficient and the drawing ability is weak.Then according to the problems existing in the application of mind mapping in the review of ideological and political courses in junior high school,this paper puts forward improvement strategies,mainly including: first,strengthening the ideological understanding of mind mapping in the application of curriculum review;Second,master the ways and methods of applying mind map to curriculum review;Third,strengthen the application ability of mind mapping in curriculum review;Fourth,improve the evaluation method of applying mind map to curriculum review.Finally,combining the specific knowledge and cases of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in the second volume of the eighth grade,the review and preparation of lessons,class summary,unit review and exercise explanation in the course review are discussed.So as to improve the application status of mind mapping in the review of ideological and political courses in junior high school,so as to improve the efficiency of the review of ideological and political courses in junior high school,students’ thinking development and comprehensive ability.
