This study aims to alleviate the contradiction between the urgent attention of primary school students’ sensory integration and the lack of corresponding training in school,so as to explore more efficient, can achieve universal improvement of children’s sensory integration ability,in line with the learning needs and physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students, the starting point is curriculum standards. The exercise, which has potential training function, was used as the intervention content in the education experiment for the first grade students in primary school. Methods:Based on the sensory integration theory, this paper adopts the method of literature and questionnaire and measure the sensory integration ability of children.Experiments and mathematical statistics were used to verify the effect of happy gymnastics on the sensory integration ability of grade one students. In terms of experimental design,a total of 143 firstgrade students in Pingshan School were selected as experimental subjects, one of which was an experimental class(n=45),one teaching class as conditional control group(n=44),and one teaching class as blank control group(n=44)for an 8-week teaching intervention. The course content of the experimental class is happy gymnastics, the teaching content of the conditional control class is sensory integration training, and the teaching content of the blank control class is regular physical education. Before and after teaching, the sensory integration of the experimental subjects was evaluated by the Development Assessment Scale of Children’s Sensory Ability. And then discuss the effect of happy gymnastics on the sensory integration ability of first-grade students, and finally get the following results:(1)The vestibular balance ability, tactile defense ability and proprioceptive ability of experimental class students showed significant differences before and after the intervention; The vestibular balance ability, tactile defense ability and proprioceptive ability of the conditioned control class showed significant differences before and after the intervention. The proprioceptive ability of blank control class showed significant difference before and after intervention.(2)The vestibular balance ability of the experimental class was significantly better than that of the blank control one after the test; The vestibular balance ability of the students in conditional control class was significantly better than that in blank control class after the experiment.Based on the above results, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Happy exercise can significantly improve students’ vestibular sense, touch and proprioception.Specifically, happy exercise can significantly improve the vestibular balance ability and proprioceptive ability of the first-year students with normal sensory system, and can significantly improve the vestibular balance ability and tactile defense ability of the first-year students with dyssensory system.(2)The effect of happy exercise on vestibular sensation was significantly better than that of ordinary PE class.Specifically, the effect of happy exercise on vestibular balance ability of the first grade students with normal sensory system was significantly better than that of regular PE class. The improvement of vestibular balance ability of the first-year students with sensory dysregulation was significantly better than that of regular PE class.
