| The rejuvenation of youth is the rejuvenation of the country.The physical and mental health development of adolescents is an important part of the healthy China strategy.After entering adolescence,junior high school students are in the critical period of exploring identity and establishing identity.Their psychological sensitivity and emotional fluctuation are high,which is the period of high incidence of psychological problems.Relevant research shows that physical exercise can significantly improve the mental health level of junior high school students and have a certain predictive effect on the subjective well-being of junior high school students.Therefore,this study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods,taking 1202 junior high school students from eight primary middle schools in Shandong Province as the research object,To investigate and analyze the correlation between physical exercise and subjective well-being of junior high school students and the intermediary role of selfefficacy between physical exercise behavior and subjective well-being.Through the analysis and discussion of the research results,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The physical exercise,self-efficacy and subjective well-being of junior high school students are at the middle level as a whole.In physical exercise,the score of exercise frequency is the highest,and the score of exercise time is the lowest;In subjective well-being,friendship satisfaction scored the highest,and school satisfaction scored the lowest.(2)On the variable of different gender,there were differences in subjective well-being as a whole,friendship satisfaction,family satisfaction,school satisfaction and freedom satisfaction(p<0.05);In the variable of different grades,there was a difference in exercise frequency(p<0.05);There was no difference in the variable of only child(p>0.05);On the variable of different student origins,there are differences in the overall physical exercise behavior,exercise time and exercise frequency(p<0.05),the overall subjective wellbeing and family satisfaction,school satisfaction,freedom satisfaction,and academic satisfaction(p<0.001),and the dimensions of friendship satisfaction and environmental satisfaction of subjective well-being are different(p<0.05).(3)The three variables of physical exercise behavior,self-efficacy and subjective well-being were significantly correlated(p<0.001).That is,the more junior high school students participate in physical exercise,the higher their level of self-efficacy and subjective well-being;The higher the level of self-efficacy of junior high school students,the higher the level of their subjective well-being.(4)The intermediary effect value of self-efficacy in physical exercise behavior and subjective wellbeing is 0.0041,and the proportion of the intermediary effect is 28.8%.The 95% confidence interval of the Bias-Corrected Percentile method is [0.0033,0.0051],and the 95% confidence interval of the Percentile method is [0.0032,0.0050],with significant mediating effect.That is,self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between physical exercise behavior and subjective well-being of junior high school students;Physical exercise behavior not only plays a direct role in predicting the subjective well-being of junior high school students,but also has an indirect role in the subjective well-being of junior high school students through part of the intermediary role of self-efficacy,Based on the above conclusions,the following three suggestions are put forward:(1)Give full play to the role of family,school and community to jointly promote physical exercise of junior high school students;(2)Help junior high school students build self-confidence and enhance their sense of self-efficacy;(3)Pay attention to the subjective well-being of junior high school students and promote their comprehensive and healthy development. |
