Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Optimization Countermeasures Of Volleyball Entrance Examination In Colleges And Universities

The volleyball single entry special examination in ordinary colleges and universities is a major means for various colleges and universities to select volleyball special candidates,which has a very important impact on the construction of campus volleyball teams and the cultivation of reserve talents in China.Since the reform and implementation of the volleyball single entrance examination in 2018,by 2022,the number of candidates and admissions for the single entrance examination has been increasing,but the admission rate has been declining year by year,indicating that social attention is also increasing,indicating that the difficulty of sports single entrance examination is becoming increasingly difficult,which makes it even more necessary to select talents through fair and reasonable examinations.However,the content and form of the current volleyball single entry special examination cannot comprehensively and effectively test the true volleyball ability level of candidates,and there are still many disputes.This study uses the literature research method to construct the basic theoretical part and collect the content of volleyball single entry examination;A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among 360 candidates and 60 coaches who participated in the2018-2022 volleyball single game special exam,and interviews were conducted with relevant experts and evaluation officers;Finally,the mathematical statistics method is used for summary research and analysis.Aiming at the standardization of the examination system,the setting of the examination content,and the equipment and appliances in the examination venue,this paper analyzes and summarizes the methods of interviews and questionnaires,discusses the rationality of the setting of the content and the areas that still need to be improved,and proposes countermeasures for a more fair and equitable volleyball sports single entry examination.Research conclusion: The current volleyball single entry exam content is not perfect,and there are significant differences in evaluation between different positions.The stability of the examiner will affect the fairness of the exam;The specific quality part of the project is relatively single,and the test and evaluation indicators for non free individuals are only aimed at jumping ability,without other indicators for reference;The testing of free people is relatively reasonable,comprehensively testing the qualities of sensitivity,coordination,and speed;In the special technical examination for non free individuals,the evaluation indicators are single;There are unstable factors in the examiners’ service in the special technical test of free agents;Inadequate setup time for actual competition;The form of random teaming is relatively random;The scoring criteria are highly subjective and relatively vague,with no detailed indicators for evaluation;Although the district unified examination has standardized the examination process and improved the transparency of the sports single entrance examination to a certain extent,during the implementation process,a single specialized examination site is relatively fixed,which may lead to unfair phenomena.Suggestion: Candidates should improve and standardize their registration information,especially regarding location on the field;For the special quality testing part,the content of quality and ability testing can be appropriately increased and the use of test equipment can be standardized;For the special technical testing part,high-tech products can be used to improve the testing method and set up matching scoring rules;For the actual combat ability testing part,the competition duration can be appropriately increased,and the positions on the field can be reasonably arranged based on the candidate registration information.Test content for different positions can be added for candidates in different positions;The description of the scoring criteria is more specific,combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation;The location of a single subject examination can be rotated periodically between other institutions in the examination area.
