Research On The Development Status And Strategy Of Vocational Training In Vocational Colleges

As China’s economy and society enter a new stage of development,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and the transformation of economic development mode have put forward new requirements for workers.Higher vocational colleges are driven by the "external pressure" of the economic environment and the "own motivation" of the institutions themselves to improve the efficiency of running schools and expand the spa ce for survival and development,showing strong advantages in vocational training.Higher vocational colleges give full play to the function of vocational training,so that vocational training bursts out with strong vitality and vitality,which can not only improve the quality of vocational training,improve the quality of workers,and cultivate application-oriented technical skills talents required for modernization,but also promote the integration and support of academic education and non-academic education,and promote the improvement of modern vocational education system.Based on human capital theory,lifelong education theory and training theory,this study uses literature research method,empirical research method and comparative research method,and uses Arcgis 10.8 Arcmap graded map software to carry out hierarchical statistical analysis of vocational training data in vocational colleges and universities nationwide,and at the same time uses Excel software to sort out and statistically organize the data,which provides scientific data for the research of the thesis.Combined with the actual experience of participating in training projects and referring to relevant literature,the outstanding problems in the current development process,training scale,special funds and internal training capabilities were summarized,and the reasons for the formation of these problems were analyzed from three aspects: government,schools and enterprises.Finally,the optimization strategies that can be promoted are proposed from multiple aspects and multiple subjects: the government consolidates the top-level design and promotes the construction of legislation and standardization;The school strengthens internal construction and improves vocational training capacity;Industry enterprises actively participate in stimulating the motivation of trainees;Multi-entity joint construction of evaluation system and improvement of quality management system.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of scientific measurement software to analyze the data of vocational training in vocational colleges and universities nationwide,and promote the development of vocational training in vocational colleges and universities from a more scientific and macro perspective.
