| In the era of education facing modernization,the promulgation of " Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)" marks that China ’s compulsory education physical education and health curriculum has officially entered the stage of core literacy.As the leader of physical education curriculum,physical education teachers have an important impact on the formation of students ’ core literacy.This requires the teaching ability of physical education teachers to keep pace with the times.The teaching ability of physical education teachers is facing a series of challenges,The inertial thinking formed by physical education teachers’ long time teaching has led to confusion in the process of improving the teaching ability of Jincheng physical education teachers after the implementation of the new curriculum standard.This study takes physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jincheng as the object of investigation,studies the physical education teaching ability of physical education teachers in different regions,different teaching ages and different stages of learning in Jincheng after the new curriculum standard,In order to find the influence and change of the new curriculum standard on teaching ability,analyzes the understanding and cognition of physical education teachers on teaching ability under the new curriculum standard,promote Jincheng primary and secondary school physical education teachers to adapt to the new curriculum standards and improve teaching ability,assist the reform of physical education and promote the formation of students’ core literacy.Firstly,through literature review and in-depth interviews,obtain the concept,dimension and level of physical education teachers ’ teaching ability.The dimensions are textbook interpretation ability,goal setting ability,resource utilization ability,teaching practice ability and curriculum evaluation ability.The levels are the level of cognitive understanding,the level of practical movement,and the level of innovation.Through the questionnaire survey method,77 primary and secondary school teachers in Jincheng City were researched on the basic status,teaching status and teaching ability self-evaluation.Through questionnaires,the school management has made an objective evaluation of the teaching ability of physical education teachers in Jincheng City,This is the basis for proposing specific promotion strategies.The conclusions of the study are :1.The operational definition of the teaching ability of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jincheng is physical education teachers can achieve educational goals,carry out teaching tasks smoothly,and have specific behaviors in teaching practice.Dimensions are goal setting,textbook interpretation,use of resources,teaching practice and curriculum evaluation.The level is cognitive understanding,practical application and innovation.2.The physical education teachers in Jincheng are mainly male teachers,most of them have undergraduate degrees,their teaching age structure is reasonable and the professional title level is low.3.The teaching situation of physical education teachers in Jincheng is complex.In terms of textbook interpretation,they lack a detailed understanding of the content of the new curriculum standard.In terms of goal setting,they cannot set holistic teaching goals.In terms of course content,there is a problem that students practice density is low.In terms of curriculum evaluation,physical education teachers lack diversified evaluation ability.4.The evaluation of physical education teachers ’ self-ability in Jincheng is diversified.In terms of cognition,the ability to interpret and use resources is low.In terms of practical application,the ability to interpret and use resources is low.In terms of cognitive development,they have strong willingness to improve goals setting and teaching practice.The overall development of teaching ability is good,but there are some differences between teachers of different teaching ages and different stages of learning.The overall development trend of teaching ability of physical education teachers in Jincheng is stable but unbalanced.5.The manager of Jincheng City believes that there is a deviation in the understanding of the content of the new curriculum by Jincheng physical education teachers.They lack overall coherence design in the design of curriculum objectives,students in the curriculum practice did not reach the required course load.In the course evaluation,physical education teachers do not well transform abstract core literacy into specific measurable teaching objectives.However,due to the short time of the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,the time of cognition and practice of physical education teachers in Jincheng is short,and the above situation needs to be improved in the future teaching.6.The study believes that the cultivation of core literacy is the ‘navigation light’of new curriculum standard.The improvement of physical education teaching ability is the ’ landing guarantee ’ of the new curriculum standard.The attention of schools and teachers is the ’ cornerstone of development ’ of the new curriculum standard. |
