Social attribute is one of the most important attributes of human beings,the range of interpersonal communication of junior high school students has begun to expand,new interpersonal communication for their self-awareness,development of self-identity has a very important role,therefore,more and more attention has been paid to junior high school students’ social communication.Healthy interpersonal relationship can promote the development of junior high school students’ physical and mental health.Previous studies have shown that social anxiety can affect a person’s normal interpersonal interaction,and will produce a series of emotional problems,social exclusion is one of the factors affecting social anxiety,the ruminant thinking and loneliness caused by social exclusion can also affect social anxiety,so in this study,junior high school students as the object of study,based on the existing research theory,to explore the effect of social exclusion on social anxiety of junior high school students,and to further explore the mediating mechanism of rumination and loneliness between social exclusion and social anxiety,for junior high school students to alleviate social anxiety to provide the corresponding recommendations.In this study,410 junior high school students were tested with social exclusion scale,rumination scale,loneliness questionnaire and Social Anxiety Questionnaire,402 valid questionnaires were collected.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The social anxiety level of junior high school students is significantly different in gender,only child and place of origin,social exclusion is significantly different in grade,rumination thinking is significantly different in gender and only child,loneliness has significant difference in only child and grade(2)There is a significant correlation between social exclusion,social anxiety,rumination and loneliness;(3)Ruminant thinking plays a mediating role between social exclusion and social anxiety,and loneliness plays a mediating role between them.Social exclusion can also affect social anxiety through ruminant thinking and loneliness in turn,that is,rumination and loneliness play a chain mediating role between social exclusion and social anxiety.Based on the above research conclusions,this study puts forward some pertinent suggestions: school families should pay more attention to junior high school students’ social psychology,implement classified counseling to alleviate junior high school students’ social anxiety;Through a variety of ways to alleviate junior high school students social anxiety.
