| In current primary language education,language homework design is a part that cannot be ignored.However,there are often some problems in the design of language homework in the upper elementary school.Such as the lack of relevance of homework design.In the current primary language curriculum,there are many knowledge points and learning difficulties,however,in the actual homework design,many language assignments lack relevance,resulting in students’ inability to effectively consolidate their knowledge points.In addition,the homework design emphasizes knowledge points rather than skills.In the elementary school language curriculum,besides knowledge points,skills are also very important parts,but many language homework designs neglect the training of skills.Finally,the homework design is relatively single in form,and this single form of homework tends to make students learn tediously and lack initiative.Teachers should pay full attention to these problems in homework design,take into account knowledge points and skill development in homework design,and focus on the diversity of homework to achieve better educational effects.This paper takes the Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022Edition)(the New Curriculum)as a guide,sorts out the theories related to the design of elementary school language homework by reviewing the literature,and attempts to clarify the inner connection between the New Curriculum and the design of upper elementary school language homework on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition).In order to find out the general ideas of the design of language assignments in upper elementary schools in the context of the new curriculum,we have to analyze the theories related to the design of language assignments in upper elementary schools.In order to find out the problems in the current design of upper elementary school language homework,this paper conducts a survey in the form of a questionnaire,and proposes strategies to optimize the design of upper elementary school language homework based on the analysis of the survey results and the requirements of the new curriculum.Finally,the paper designs a case study of upper elementary school language homework with the concepts of "big unit" and "task group".The assignment design ideas,assignment design process and assignment evaluation methods under the new standards are shown in detail.The curriculum must be opened to students,allowing them to experience a broader range of life,according to the Standard for Compulsory Language Curriculum 2022 which requires teachers to do so.To coordinate language teaching resources with the concept of the university curriculum,make up for the deficiency of teaching in different subjects with family and social forces,and create a practical and contextual learning place for students.Proposed by the "Double Reduction" policy,new requirements for language assignments are put forth in the opinion on further reducing the assignment burden and the off-campus training burden of students in compulsory education.As one of the important teaching links,teachers should fully dig up the material of the work and design valuable and effective work for the students.Connecting Chinese homework to life should be a priority,and the material should broaden students’ understanding of the subject matter so that they can savor the allure of Chinese culture while completing their assignments.In addition,teachers need to design personalized language assignments according to students’ physical and mental development characteristics,intelligence level and way of thinking,giving students some choice space and rekindling their passion for homework.After searching the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author finds that more research has been done on "language assignment design",but less research has been done to analyze the design of language assignment in high grade of primary school in conjunction with "2022 compulsory language curriculum standard".Homework quality relates to students’ learning efficiency and is a very important link in teachers’ teaching work.To improve teachers’ attention to the quality of homework can better stimulate the potential of teachers and students.The assignment design under the new curriculum standard will help teachers to look at classroom teaching more comprehensively and completely,and can also make up for the deficiencies of the previous assignment design to some extent. |
