A Study On The Correlation Between Physical Activity And Psychological Behavior Of Preschool Children

Regarding the serious insufficient physical activity of preschool children,the relevant departments of China issued the guidelines in June2018 by giving relevant opinions on the amount of physical activity of preschool children.As the future of society and the hope of mankind,preschool children’s physical health has become a hot topic in today’s society.It is vital to explore the relevant influencing factors.Preschool children at the age of 3-6 years old are curious about adult behavior and have a high degree of imitation.In this period,parents should focus on guiding children’s growth.On this basis,this paper studies and analyzes the physical activity behavior of preschool children aged 3-6 for one week and their family rearing style,then explores the child’s gender,whether the child is the only child,and conducts correlation analysis and regression analysis between physical activity variables and family rearing style,discusses the mutual relationship with the research methods of literature,measurement questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment.analyzes the relationship between five parenting styles and physical activity of preschool children.The results are as follows(1)The gender of 3-6 years old preschoolers had statistical significance for each variable of physical activity;whether the 3-6 year old preschool children are the only child or the education level of the main parent has no statistical significance to the physical activity variables.(2)Correlation analysis shows that the significant numerical presentment with phase relationship of weekly energy consumption,activity content and sedentary in physical activity with parents upbringing of spoiling,democratic and laissez-faire are significant.There is significant correlation between metabolic equivalent with spoiling democratic laissez-faire,authoritarian and child gender.(3)Regression analysis shows that the physical activity variables of 3-6years old preschool children has significant positive correlation with the democratic and laissez-faire type with statistical significance;there ia a significant negative correlation with spoiling,authoritarian and inconsistent type.It puts forward relevant suggestions:(1)Parents should strengthen the change of their parenting style and provide a good family environment for preschool children.(2)It shall promote democratic family upbringing and improve preschool children’s ability of physical activity.(3)It shall reduce the emergence of laissez-faire,inconsistent,spoiling and authoritarian family upbringing styles.(4)It shall improve children’s activity content and enhance their physical quality.
