| Improving the quality of secondary vocational education is an inevitable requirement for promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Improving the learning investment of secondary vocational students is an important “grasp to” improve the quality of secondary vocational students.In secondary vocational students learning investment as the breakthrough point,explore the influence of teachers support for secondary vocational students learning investment and academic self-efficacy in the intermediary role,both enrich the related theoretical research,and for secondary vocational school education workers provides the teaching management perspective,to promote the development of secondary vocational education to achieve high quality is of great significance.Based on the literature review of the support of teachers,academic self-efficacy and learning investment of secondary vocational students,and combined with relevant theories,the research assumptions among the three are put forward.Using the questionnaire survey method,the basic information,teacher support,academic self-efficacy and learning input of students in six secondary vocational schools in Guangdong province were investigated.Using SPSS26.0 software,descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediation effect test of the obtained data,and 10 secondary vocational students were interviewed to supplement the questionnaire results.The results show that: First,the secondary vocational students teachers support,academic self-efficacy and learning investment level of the overall situation is good.Secondary vocational students’ teacher support,academic self-efficacy and learning investment are above the average level.Second,students’ background factors will affect teachers’ support,academic self-efficacy and learning input.Among them,gender,grade,whether the only child,whether as a class cadre,the general ranking factors will affect the academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational students,whether as a class cadre,the general ranking factors will affect the support of secondary vocational students teachers and learning investment.Third,teacher support significantly affects the academic self-efficacy and learning input of secondary vocational students,the academic self-efficacy and learning input,and the academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational students plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of teacher support on learning investment.In order to improve the secondary vocational students learning investment,improve the quality of secondary vocational school education,this study combined with the theory and the empirical analysis,from the two aspects of student background factors and influence the path put forward the following education suggestions: firstly,on the basis to improve the level of teacher support,adhere to the people-oriented,pay attention to emotional interaction,pay attention to individual differences,skillful skills to help students learn.Secondly,we should enhance our academic self-efficacy as the core,pay attention to gender differences,improve the management system,optimize home-school cooperation,innovate the selection and recruitment methods,and give objective evaluation to promote students’ investment in learning.Thirdly,to improve the level of learning investment as the goal,to help students to establish correct ideas,increase professional identity,adjust learning strategies,strengthen learning awareness to guide students to change themselves. |
