| In the report to the 20 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping outlined a blueprint for comprehensively building China into a modern socialist country and integrated plans for education,science and technology,and human resources,highlighting the fundamental,guiding and overarching role of education.The report points out that education,science,technology and human resources are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.We need to give priority to education development,develop ourselves independently in science and technology,and promote talent development.We need to speed up efforts to build China into a country that is strong in education,science and technology,and human resources.We need to educate people for the Party and the country,improve the quality of our independent training of human resources,and focus on cultivating top-notch innovative talents.As the first person responsible for postgraduate training,postgraduate supervisor plays a self-evident role in the process of postgraduate training.The research object of this thesis is the "four-span" team of graduate tutors,which is a formal functional group composed of graduate tutors of universities and colleges at home and abroad,graduate tutors of different disciplines and "industry tutors",that is,a graduate tutor team with the characteristics of "interdisciplinary","span-industry","span-border" and "span-category",with the purpose of improving the training level of graduate students.In this thesis,team building theory,knowledge production mode theory,"potential science" theory,the use of qualitative and quantitative methods.Based on the theory of "potential science",this thesis analyzes the motivation of cultivating the "four-span" team of graduate tutors from two aspects of policy and reality.By using literature research method and questionnaire survey method,the author constructs four span-team cultivation factor indicators of postgraduate "tutor",extracts five first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators of team goal,team structure,team culture,team internal mechanism and team external environment,and constructs a team cultivation model.At the same time,interviews are used to explore the obstacles and causes of the "four-span" team cultivation of graduate tutors.Finally,based on the "four-span" team cultivation model of graduate tutors,the realization path of team cultivation is proposed,and the "four-span" team cultivation mechanism of graduate tutors is formed,in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the construction of "four-span" team of graduate tutors in colleges and universities. |
