With the rapid development of society, the demand for high-quality talent is onthe increase, therefore postgraduate student education gradually shows its importance,which becomes an important part of higher education. But the problems appears in theprocess of postgraduate student training, which deviates from the cultivation ofhigh-level comprehensive talent education concept presently. In view of this, therequirement for the current status of postgraduate education to be conducted a detailedanalysis of the integration is necessary, in order to build a postgraduate reasonable andorderly grand blueprint of our country’s postgraduate student future developmenttrend.This paper is based on a series of problems existing in the current postgraduateeducation in our country presently, combined with the results the questionnaire andinterview results of students who have not graduated or have received a master’sdegree in education, the a in-depth analysis and summary of the problems is done.Then through the contrast study of graduate student training condition in developedcountries, the optimization of realizing postgraduate cultivation mechanism reformstrategy is put forward. This article contains the literature analysis, questionnaireinvestigation, personal interview, and contrast of Chinese and foreign, based on theheight of the powerfully proved fact, this paper is trying to explore the most integritystandardization system of graduate student training.In the rapidly developing knowledge era, the graduate student’s huge impetus iscovered by the call for low training quality, then the problems are graduallyhighlighted in the process of cultivating. Including the imperfect recruitment system,the curing degree system, the defective tutorial system, and so on. The target aspectsof this paper involved in the development of society, such as the hysteresis of trainingtarget, the excessive government intervention, the lack of independent reform, and soon. The content is mainly about alienation of teaching and training goal state,including the irregular curriculum, the curing teaching form, the obsolete teachingcontent, with postgraduate student’s scientific research training, the schoolorganization dominant being lack of scientific management level, and so on.In view of the problems, a solution need to be found, through comparing andexploring the successful experience of developed countries, afterwards learning from them. This paper does the comprehensive comparison and analysis around thegraduate education of China between the United States, Britain, Japan and othercountries, from training target, training process, degree awarding, evaluation system,tutorial system, and so on. After analyzing the existing problems and comprehensivecomparing of postgraduate student training elements both at home and abroad,effective mechanism is an urgent need to be reformed. Thus, the component part ofthe graduate students’ education system is reconstructed by five big plate of detailedcomprehensive argument in this paper, from the teaching methods, learning methods,teachers’ construction, practice process, and management operation mode. In view ofthe above problem and through the change of the pattern to suit the remedy to the case,to realize the successful transformation in postgraduate student education mechanism,to improve the quality of postgraduate students to adjust the global, to improvepostgraduate training pattern in our country.
