Study On Mechanism Construction Of Postgraduate Cultivation Based On Interdisciplinarity

The History of Science shows that subject's constantly division and syntheses are two basic trends always come into play. The whole modern science is developing along the path of comprehensive, differentiation and comprehensive. According to statistics, before the middle of the 19th century, the birth of a new discipline is mainly depends on constantly divergent and differentiation of scientific. The depth differentiation development of scientific lays a foundation for further understanding of the complex scientific issues. And in the 20th century, especially since the 1930s, increasingly complex science and social problems already could not be solved inside the limits of a single disciplines, it needs the collection of different subjects to knowledge, skills and multidisciplinary approach to solve the problems. The trend of polymerization has become more and more obvious in the development of modern science, and plays a dominate role in the process of emerging disciplines.The development of science and economic made the demands of the society for talents structure change to two directions of academic orientation and application orientation, embodies as the increased demand for professional elite talents and practical inter-disciplinary talents. In recent years, under the actively promote and guidance of the national policy, our college graduate cultivation has obtained a rapid development and obtained some achievements, But the whole graduate cultivation mechanism is not perfect, unable to fully meet the various needs of national science and technology, economy and education.Based on the collected data and the investigation of domestic universities which do well in interdisciplinary, combined with the characteristics of postgraduate students in China, the advantages and disadvantages of present are analyzed, and the existing shortage of interdisciplinary cultivating are summarized. In the current state of graduate student training mechanism, based on the different model of academic orientation and application orientation postgraduate students, this paper discusses the different function of interdisciplinary in different types of graduate student training process. To construct the basic framework of postgraduate cultivation mechanism by means of interdisciplinary, from the dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism and control mechanism. The core part of the mechanism of the system is the operation mechanism. Finally, to safeguard the interdisciplinary postgraduate cultivation mechanism of smooth running, the realization of the mechanism has been discussed. This paper interpreted and perfected the existing graduate cultivation mechanism based on the perspectives of interdisciplinary, so as to solve the problems in the process of current postgraduate students cultivation, promote the education reform smoothly.
