| The Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility(TPSR)teaching model is a physical education teaching model that promotes the positive development of adolescents ’ personal and social responsibility through physical activities from the perspective of moral education.It plays an important role in cultivating students ’ sense of responsibility and standardizing students ’ responsible behavior.Under the background of the new era,through the research on the responsibility teaching mode,the construction of high school aerobics TPSR teaching mode and the practical research are in line with the current ’ Chinese students ’ development core literacy ’ and ’ ordinary high school physical education and health curriculum standards(2017 Edition)’ emphasize the training objectives of students ’ social participation and sports morality.In this paper,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,classroom observation method and mathematical statistics method are used to conduct a more in-depth study on the theoretical construction and practical design of the high school aerobics TPSR teaching mode.Through teaching practice,the high school aerobics TPSR teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode are applied to the high school aerobics teaching.The actual effect of cultivating students ’ physical fitness,aerobics special skills and responsibility level is aimed at constantly improving the theoretical system of high school aerobics TPSR teaching mode through practice.It provides specific teaching procedures and teaching plans for the future selection of physical education teaching models that are more suitable for the comprehensive development of high school students ’ core literacy in physical education.The conclusions are as follows :(1)The TPSR teaching mode of aerobics in senior high school is based on social learning theory,social cognitive theory and constructivism teaching theory.It highlights the guiding ideology of health first,student subjectivity,goal-oriented teaching,curriculum content integration,complementarity of various teaching methods and diversity of teaching evaluation.In the implementation of teaching,it adheres to the teaching principles of problem orientation,student subjectivity,learning autonomy,group cooperation and incentive success.The teaching process adopts the corresponding teaching strategies according to the four links of caring for students,cognitive dialogue,physical activity and discussion and reflection.The students ’ physical quality,aerobics special skills and responsibility level were evaluated accordingly.(2)High school aerobics TPSR teaching mode and traditional physical education teaching mode applied to high school aerobics teaching can have a positive impact on students ’ physical health;(3)High school aerobics TPSR teaching mode and traditional sports teaching mode used in high school aerobics teaching can improve students ’aerobics special skills,but high school aerobics TPSR teaching mode has more obvious advantages;(4)High school aerobics TPSR teaching mode used in high school aerobics teaching is conducive to the cultivation of students ’ responsibility behavior consciousness,has a positive role in promoting the development of students ’ sports moral character,and the traditional sports teaching mode used in high school aerobics teaching has no obvious effect on the cultivation of students ’ responsibility level. |
