Kindergarten one-day activities contain important educational value.As the largest proportion of kindergarten activities,life activities are of great significance for the comprehensive development of young children.They are an important carrier for cultivating good habits and behavioral qualities of young children,and play a crucial role in learning safety protection,conventional knowledge,developing independent living,and serving others.Young children are the masters of life,and kindergartens should fully tap into the educational value of life activities and gradually establish a self-managed lifestyle for young children.Based on the important value of life activities,in view of the problems of the sense of order of activities and the lack of autonomy of children in the life activities of T Kindergarten in Luzhou City where the author works,the author carried out this cooperative action research in conjunction with the team members of the kindergarten level project "action research on the Optimization of Life Activities in Kindergartens" and the municipal level project "Practical Research on the Collaborative Cultivation of" Little Masters of Life "in Homes".The purpose of this action research is to optimize the kindergarten class life activities from the training goal of "little master of life".With the action research method as the main method,supplemented by literature method,participatory observation,semi-structured interview,statistical analysis and data collection,with the self-designed scale "Small Masters of Life" Development Checklist as the main tool,and the case class-Class A of T Kindergarten as the breakthrough point,we observed and analyzed the current situation of their life activities,formulated action plans,and focused on the sense of order in the five major links of life activities according to the idea of comprehensive improvement and key promotion Three rounds of action research were carried out on the universal problem of children’s lack of autonomy.The first round of action focuses on improving concepts and creating environments,empowering young children to manage independently;The second round of action focuses on optimizing the class schedule and organizing various activities,laying the foundation for children’s independent management;The third round of action focuses on the "Little Master of Life" activity and carries out special activities such as "Labor Day","Garden Classroom",and "Food Aesthetics Education" to empower young children with independent management.Research has found that the autonomous management behavior of young children in daily activities is closely related to teacher literacy,environmental support,schedule,activity development,and home co education.Through three rounds of action research,we will promote children to go out of dependence,become independent,and improve their awareness and ability of self-management.It has strengthened teachers’ understanding of the subjectivity of early childhood education,rooted the concept of "every day’s activity is a course" in teachers’ hearts,and promoted the improvement of teachers’ ability to organize life activities.Promoting the sense of order in the daily activities of Class A in T Kindergarten and solving the problem of children’s lack of autonomy has had a good effect on breaking through the bottleneck of the construction of kindergarten based curriculum in T Kindergarten.On this basis,the author summarized the experience of optimizing kindergarten life activities with the goal of cultivating "little masters of life"-the "Three Forms" Optimization Strategy for Kindergarten Life Activities,with the aim of promoting it in T Kindergarten and even in the local area.The first step is to enhance the concept and create the environment,the second step is to adjust the schedule and optimize the links,and the third step is a special activity centered on "life masters".This achievement won the second prize in the 4th Teaching Reform Achievement Selection in Luzhou City,and has good promotion value in T Kindergarten and the area where it is located.Although the children and teachers in Class A have made significant progress through three rounds of action,there is still a certain gap compared to the ideal state of being a "little master of life",and the children have not yet developed stable habits of independent management.Based on the remaining issues,the author conducted a cause analysis and proposed follow-up research suggestions such as adhering to the principles of safety as the premise,order as the foundation,and autonomy as the direction,strengthening kindergarten supervision and support,adjusting teachers’ management methods for daily activities,and continuously cultivating children’s awareness and ability of autonomous management.
