health first and implement the action plan for the reform and development of integrated physical education and physical education in schools".It is of great significance to study the exercise behavior,the ways to promote the mental health and mental quality of college students and the related influences.Most colleges in our country have taken aerobics as an important content of physical education,in the early stage of its development by the majority of teachers and students in the popular and popular.However,with the continuous reform and development of physical education courses in colleges and universities,aerobics courses have been fixed for a long time,lack of innovation and vitality,students lack of learning motivation for aerobics class,and the teaching effect of aerobics class is not ideal.At present,there are many studies on exercise behavior and exercise motivation,but there is no study on the relationship between exercise behavior,exercise motivation and self-efficacy among college students participating in aerobics.This paper aims to investigate the exercise behavior level,exercise motivation and self-efficacy of college students participating in calisthenics,understand the characteristics of exercise behavior level,exercise motivation and self-efficacy of college students participating in calisthenics,and explore the relationship between exercise behavior,exercise motivation and self-efficacy of college students.To help college students and college teachers understand the methods to improve college students’ aerobics participation behavior,exercise motivation and self-efficacy,and promote the healthy development of college students’ physical and mental health.Methods:Based on this study of huainan city in anhui province 2 elective or general aerobics courses in colleges and universities,students of aerobics club and aerobics team psychological measurement.The Physical Exercise Rating Scale(PARS-3),Exercise Motivation Scale and General Self-efficacy Scale were used to send out 900 questionnaires,and 846 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of94%.Results:(1)There were significant differences among different schools,genders,grades,majors and aerobics participation ways(p<0.001).Huainan Normal University’s exercise scores were higher than those of Anhui University of Science and Technology.Among different genders,men’s exercise intensity,exercise time,exercise frequency and exercise score were higher than women’s.The difference of exercise behavior of college students in different grades is mainly reflected in the difference of exercise intensity and exercise time,and the specific order is "senior>sophomore>freshman>junior";Among different major types,students majoring in physical education are higher than those of other disciplines in all dimensions.As can be seen from the exercise score,physical education > science and engineering > literature and history > art;In different ways of participation,compared with public PE class,there was statistical significance in association or aerobics team and extracurricular practice.The results showed that association or aerobics team >extracurricular practice > public PE class.(2)There were significant differences in exercise motivation among college students of different genders(p<0.001).The results showed that male students had higher exercise motivation,which was mainly reflected in the dimensions of sports ability motivation and social motivation.There was no significant difference in exercise motivation among college students of different grades(p>0.05).There were significant differences in exercise motivation among college students of different majors(p<0.001).The results showed that there were statistical significance between physical education and other majors in the dimensions of individual health motivation,fun motivation,sports ability motivation and social motivation.There was no difference in exercise motivation among college students with different aerobics participation modes(p>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.(3)There are differences in self-efficacy among college students of different genders and from different places(p<0.05).There is a significant difference between male and female self-efficacy,and male self-efficacy scores are higher.Among different places of origin,urban college students have higher self-efficacy.There were significant differences in the sense of self-efficiency among college students of different majors(p<0.001).There were differences between physical education majors and other majors.The scores of self-efficacy were physical education majors > science and engineering majors > literature and history majors > arts majors.There were differences in the level of self-efficacy of college students with different aerobics participation ways(p<0.05).The results showed that the group or aerobics team >extracurricular practice > public PE class.(4)There were significant correlations between exercise behavior and exercise motivation,between self-efficacy and exercise behavior,and between self-efficacy and exercise motivation of aerobics students(p<0.001),showing a positive correlation.(5)There is a mediating effect of self-efficacy in exercise motivation and exercise behavior,which is part of the mediating effect,and the mediating effect accounts for25.2%of the total effect.Conclusions:To sum up,we can draw the following research conclusions:(1)The exercise behavior of male college students participating in calisthenics was higher than that of female students.Female students mainly exercised in small amounts,while male students mainly exercised in large amounts.Among the exercise behaviors of different majors,physical education majors had the highest exercise behavior.(2)In terms of exercise motivation of college students participating in calisthenics,male students of different genders have higher exercise motivation,which is mainly reflected in the dimensions of sports ability motivation and social motivation;Among different majors,physical education majors have the highest scores in all dimensions of exercise motivation.(3)In terms of the self-efficacy of the college students who participate in aerobics,the college students who participate in the community or aerobics team have a higher sense of self-efficacy.(4)Exercise motivation can positively predict exercise behavior and exercise self-efficacy of college students who participate in calisthenics.The exercise self-efficacy of college students can positively predict the exercise behavior of college students.(5)The exercise self-efficacy of college students participating in calisthenics plays a partial mediating role in the exercise motivation and exercise behavior of college students. |
