| Career planning education is the key initiative of the country to deepen the reform and promote the comprehensive reform of education.In 2014,the State Council issued the "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Examination and Enrollment System",China’s comprehensive implementation of comprehensive education reform,the new college entrance examination reform students face a new test,career planning education has gained attention.The existing career planning education platforms mainly profit from functions such as subject selection guidance and career assessment,and the platform resources do not meet the characteristics of the new college entrance examination reform,nor do they meet the development needs of high school students.The purpose of this paper is to build a high school career planning education platform with public welfare resources and integrated functions,to verify that the platform can enhance students’ career planning ability,and to test the practical effect of the platform in helping students to complete internal self-exploration to future career development.In this paper,by combing the literature research on career planning education at home and abroad,combining the relevant policies of China’s comprehensive education reform,summarizing the theory of career planning education,taking the teachers and students of four high schools in Yunnan Province as the research application objects,summarizing the needs of teachers and students for the high school career planning education platform through questionnaire analysis,and designing and developing the career planning education information platform with the demand analysis as the toplevel design.The platform was put into small-scale application for two months,with a total of 712 students and 240 teachers applying it.The feedback questionnaire on the application effect was used to investigate the platform interface design,function realization,platform effectiveness and user satisfaction at several levels and analyze and summarize the feedback data.The research results show that the high school career planning education platform basically meets the students’ needs for online independent learning career planning education and achieves the platform design purpose.This study has two characteristics: firstly,the topic is new,the selection of which fits the background of national basic education reform and meets the actual needs of students’ development;secondly,it has certain application characteristics,which can help students learn high school career planning education,do self-assessment online for free,learn career planning education knowledge,compile and synthesize personal career files,and provide a comprehensive evaluation basis for their own development.The platform has a certain degree of promotion in the scope of education at the high school level and can provide a practical reference for the development of information-based career planning education. |
