| As one of the compulsory courses for the operation and management of high-star hotels in secondary vocational schools,Front Office Service and Management requires students to master the operation skills of front office reception,room sales,etc.,and have good professional-specific ability and professional general ability in language communication,room sales and emergency resolution.The integration of posts courses competitions and certificates is an educational concept that integrates the requirements of posts,certificates and competitions into the courses,which is conducive to improving the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools.Based on the existing problems in the classroom teaching of Front Office Service and Management,this study tries to optimize the classroom teaching of Front Office Service and Management with the concept of posts courses competitions and certificates,so as to improve students’ learning quality and classroom teaching quality and realize the talent training goal of secondary vocational schools.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature and educational documents,this study points out the reasons for selecting the topic,defines the basic concepts,combs the relevant theories,and formulates research ideas and methods.Through the research methods of questionnaire,interview and classroom observation,this study investigates the classroom situation of Front Office Service and Management in KMGD vocational school,and finds that the integration of classroom teaching and posts competitions certificates is not enough,and there are related problems.In view of the problems,combined with the specific requirements of the posts competitions certificates,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of classroom teaching: first,deepen the teaching objectives,so as to be based on posts,consolidate skills with certificates and promote innovation with competitions.That is to say,the teaching objectives are step by step,from the standard of posts and certificates to the goal of competitions Second,reorganize the teaching content-based on posts and integrating documentary evidence.That is,enrich the teaching content and meet the requirements of posts,certificates and competitions.Third,design authentic,challenging and driving learning situations.Fourth,pay attention to the richness,diversity and drive of teaching methods.Fifth,teaching evaluation should be multi-subject,growth and high standard.Finally,the strategy of classroom teaching optimization of Front Office Service and Management is put into concrete teaching practice,and the practical effect of classroom teaching optimization is tested by interview,questionnaire and score test respectively.The results show that the classroom teaching optimization of Front Office Service and Management under the concept of posts courses competitions and certificates is effective and feasible,and the concept of posts courses competitions and certificates can continue to guide other classroom teaching optimization in the future. |
