| The improvement of information technology has accelerated the course of educational informationization.How to combine information technology with education is the crucial question of teaching reform in secondary vocational schools.The “Front Office Service and Management” course is a compulsory course for the operation and management of high-star hotels in secondary vocational schools,which plays an important role in the cultivation of vocational skills.However,in the current curriculum teaching,there are problems such as low interest in learning and lack of initiative,which affect the quality of curriculum teaching.Studying the application of blended teaching is conducive to effectively integrating virtual and real teaching and improving teaching quality.At present,the level of blended teaching research tends to be undergraduate and higher vocational teaching,and the research majors are mostly accounting,computer and other majors.Therefore,this paper studies the application of blended teaching in the course of ’ Front Office Service and Management ’ from the perspective of high-star hotel operation and management specialty in secondary vocational schools,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.Its specific application is as follows.First,do a survey of the present teaching state of the course.Using questionnaire and interview to analyze the teaching problems.Second,the application of blended teaching.Combining the present teaching state with the theory of blended teaching to design and practice teaching.Third,effect analysis.Starting from students and teachers,this paper analyzes the effect of blended teaching activities.The study found that blended teaching has a positive value for the teaching effect of the course and the enthusiasm of the students.At the same time,as an innovative classroom teaching method,blended teaching can meet the needs of the “ front office service and management ” course by adopting various front office service resources and reasonable evaluation system.Therefore,the application of blended teaching in the course is convenient to meet the needs of teaching and learning activities and ensure the quality of teaching.At the same time,it can also enrich the theoretical research of blended teaching and provide some reference for the use of blended teaching. |
