| With the aging of the population and the social process is accelerating,the development of China’s elderly service industry is constantly changing and improving,and the demand for elderly service and management professionals is increasing.The needs of the elderly have gradually increased from a simple material standard of living to a spiritual level.There is no doubt that the elderly service and management enterprises have a greater demand for the professional ability of talents.As the main force of the elderly care industry and enterprises,senior service and management students in secondary vocational schools need to continuously improve their professional abilities in order to better adapt to the life of the elderly.The purpose of professional training is to improve students’ professional ability.The talent training program directly affects students’ quality and professional ability.Therefore,secondary vocational schools should regularly adjust the curriculum of elderly service and management to adapt to the development of elderly service industry and meet the needs of professional talent companies.At present,there are a few related studies on the elderly care and management specialty in China.In a bid to understand the current state of courses for seniors service and management specialty at secondary vocational schools,find out the problems and causes of the problems in the curriculum of the elderly service and management vocational education,and put forward countermeasures with practical application value;This study starts with the curriculum of the elderly service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools,and collects the talent training programs of the elderly service and management specialty in three secondary vocational schools.At the same time,through structured interviews with the teachers of the elderly service and management specialty,and the distribution of questionnaires to the senior one,senior two,and senior three students of the elderly service and management specialty,it explores the training objectives,curriculum structure The development status of the curriculum content.The researcher found the following problems in the professional curriculum setting of senior service and management major in secondary vocational schools through investigation:unclear talent training objectives,non-standard professional curriculum structure setting,imbalance in the distribution of professional theory courses and professional practice courses,curriculum setting not meeting the employment needs of students,and so on.This study focuses on the current situation of talent training objectives,curriculum structure and curriculum content in the curriculum of senior service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools,and then analyzes the existing problems according to the current situation,explores the causes of the problems,and the "double-qualified" teachers to promote the efficient implementation of the curriculum content of senior service and management specialty Optimize the vocational curriculum to promote the training of senior service and management professionals,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation to promote the curriculum reform of senior service and management specialty,update the teaching materials of senior service and management specialty to promote the curriculum content adjustment,etc.It is hoped that the proposed countermeasures can promote the development of the curriculum of senior service and management at secondary vocational schools. |
