| With the development of science and technology,innovation has become an important driving force for social development,and the cultivation of innovative talents has been promoted to the level of national development strategy.However,in the process of educational development and reform,there are still many problems in the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.For example,in the current practice of information technology teaching in senior high schools,some teachers still adopt outdated teaching methods and single evaluation methods,and pay more attention to the mastery of students’ skills and the output of works in the teaching process,thus ignoring the improvement of students’ literacy and ability.The education concept of STEAM,which takes interdisciplinary integration as the core feature,attaches great importance to the creation of real situations and the output of innovative results,and advocates problem-based or project-based learning,is consistent with the deepening reform direction of education in China,and has become an effective way and grasp to cultivate innovative talents.Many practical research results also show that applying STEAM concept to teaching practice can effectively cultivate students’ interdisciplinary learning thinking and enrich the connotation of high school information technology courses.In addition,it can also help teachers and students pay more attention to the improvement of ability and literacy,and more effectively promote the development of students’ subject core literacy and the realization of curriculum objectives.Therefore,this study constructs a teaching activity framework based on the STEAM concept and applies it to the teaching of information technology in high school,in order to improve the learning effect of students,promote the development of students’ innovation ability,and also provide theoretical and practical reference for solving the problems existing in the current information technology teaching.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,through the literature research method,the author sorted out the theoretical research and practical application related to the STEAM education concept and innovation ability cultivation at home and abroad,and summarized the core idea and guiding role of the STEAM concept,as well as the innovation ability evaluation dimensions and corresponding evaluation tools in this study.Secondly,this paper investigates and analyzes the current teaching situation of information technology in W High School in L City through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the new curriculum standard of information technology in high school by combining with the core ideas of STEAM.Guided by the design principles of teaching activities integrated with STEAM concept,the author initially constructed the framework of teaching activities of information technology course in high school based on STEAM concept on the basis of analyzing the elements of teaching activities.According to the classroom observation results and student interview results in three rounds of teaching activities practice,the framework of teaching activities was modified and improved.Finally,the effectiveness of the teaching activity framework was tested through quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis.The results show that the application of the framework of information technology curriculum teaching activities in high school based on STEAM concept in teaching practice can effectively improve the learning effect of students,and promote the positive change of students’ behavior attitude and learning thinking.It can enhance students’ innovation ability and promote the development of students’ innovation consciousness,innovative thinking and innovative practice ability. |
