Research On Social Work Promoting The Efficiency Of Community Governance From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Community governance is the micro-level of social governance,with the inherent requirement of collaborative governance.Community is the most basic unit in society,and the key to promoting the development of social governance lies in community governance.How to improve the effectiveness of community governance,carry out community governance work,activate the endogenous motivation of various community subjects in the community to collaborate in governance,and keep pace with the modernization of community governance has become a more valuable research topic today.In this context,social work’s participation in community governance has unique advantages that other governance subjects cannot replace.The thesis takes Z community of Zibo City as the research subject and focus on the role and impact of social work service projects’ participation in Z community governance.This thesis explores how social work collaborates with various community governance subjects to participate in community governance and improve the effectiveness of community governance.In the preliminary analysis of community Z,it was found that community Z faces many governance challenges,mainly including the role mismatch of the street government in community governance,the dependence of the community neighborhood committee on the street government and its differences in governance concepts with social workers,single community social organization and the lack of participation motivation,and low sense of community identity and participation awareness among residents.By applying the analytical framework of collaborative governance,this thesis addresses the challenges of community governance and uses social work’s professional methods to collaborate with various governance subjects in the community to participate in community governance.During the implementation of the "Three-relate and Four-introduce" social service project,under the guidance of social work,an residents’ deliberation platform was established,community social organizations were cultivated,community activities were carried out,community leaders were trained,and various subjects in the community were driven to collaborate in community governance,achieving certain success in improving the effectiveness of community governance.After conducting practical research in Z community,social work runs through the entire process of community governance services,fully leveraging its own advantages,and achieving certain success in improving the effectiveness of community governance,despite some shortcomings.Through social work’s provision of professional services,the street government has delegated power,and the community neighborhood committee and social work governance concepts have gradually reached a consensus.Collaborative governance of the community has been promoted,community social organizations have diversified,and residents’ community governance awareness has been enhanced.Finally,the project’s implementation was summarized and reflected upon.Social work plays an important role in participating in community governance,and multi-subject participation in community governance is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of community governance.
