With the release of the national policy 《Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers》in 2020,more attention has been paid to the development of schools with traditional sports characteristics.As a strong province of wushu,the development of wushu in primary and secondary schools is not satisfactory.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,it is of great significance to investigate the current situation of the development of wushu characteristic schools in Fujian province and find out countermeasures from the gradual implementation of the policy to promote the development of wushu characteristic schools in Fujian Province.This article from the theoretical basis of policy implementation,in order to teach fused as theoretical background,USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,on-the-spot investigation,case analysis,to teach fused martial arts features under the background of fujian province from conditions of development of the school needs,organization to promote,institutional guarantee,fall to the ground,through analyzing four aspects,This paper analyzes the influencing factors in the development process of the characteristic schools of wushu in Fujian province and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies for the development of the characteristic schools of wushu in Fujian Province.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)Requirements: financial support is generally small,with single and unstable funding sources;Lack of national,provincial and prefecture-level wushu teacher training;Campus martial arts culture propaganda is insufficient,it is difficult to support campus martial arts culture construction;The physical education department and the education department should put forward further policy requirements on the investment of funds and the construction of campus martial arts culture,clarify the boundary of responsibilities,improve the inclination of policy funds,and attach importance to the construction of martial arts culture.(2)Organizational promotion: provincial and municipal sports and education departments have insufficient synergistic effect in undertaking superior policies;The participation of education department in the development of martial arts characteristic schools is too low compared with that of physical education department.The government’s vertical policy is not concrete enough,and the boundary of horizontal power and responsibility is fuzzy;Inadequate supervision and evaluation of schools with martial arts characteristics;The principal’s participation in the implementation of school policies is low,the responsibility sinks,and the power and responsibility relationship is not equal;Departments at all levels should carefully interpret concrete policies and boost the actual implementation of policies;Establish management methods for schools with martial arts characteristics,perfect the supervision mechanism for the development of martial arts education,and carry out corresponding organizational evaluation regularly.Formulate medium-and long-term implementation plans and development plans for wushu,and evaluate the achievements made in the development stageregularly.(3)System guarantee: the fund system guarantee is insufficient.There is a big gap in the fund investment of schools with martial arts characteristics in Fujian Province,and the policy indicators that need fund guarantee cannot be fulfilled.The construction of propaganda system and campus martial arts information platform is insufficient;Schools need to refine the guarantee index and standardize the use of funds to solve the problem;Attach importance to the practical effect of campus martial arts culture publicity.Schools should set up special funds for martial arts,which should be included in the school’s annual budget to vigorously support martial arts activities into the campus.The education work of the physical education department can be extended to schools,so that more teachers can directly participate in learning and improve the educational audience and educational effectiveness.(4)Implementation: The funding supply of martial arts characteristic schools in Fujian province is unstable,and the funding input of physical education departments is unstable and not unified;The role of wushu education is not permeated enough,the way of wushu culture propaganda is obvious,and the inner wushu culture cannot be deeply formed.Under the background of teaching fused,the sports system in terms of teachers’ professional advantage,infrastructure projects in the education system has the high quality resources,promote the sports clubs,sports school resources in martial arts school features,mutual coordination,the depth of fusion,effective formation of wushu popularity on campus-improve policy project,further achieve the martial arts culture thoughts rooted in school.
