| As the foundation of people’s livelihood,employment is related to the future of the country,the foundation of people’s livelihood,and the stability of society.In the face of the biggest change in a century,the latest requirements of industrial reform and high-quality development under the fourth industrial revolution,as well as the economic challenges brought about by the Sino US trade war,the challenges of the health environment brought about by the COVID-19,and the internal challenges brought about by the changes in population structure,the employment work of college students is facing many new problems,which have a serious impact on the employment outlook of college students.As a garden for the growth of college students,universities not only undertake the task of preaching and teaching for college students,but also undertake the task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.As a course for universities to help students establish correct employment concepts,cultivate their excellent professional qualities,and guide them in reasonable career planning,employment outlook education is a crucial part of the curriculum system in universities.Based on the era background of the new stage of development,this study clarifies the relevant basic concepts of employment outlook education,and studies the relevant theories of employment outlook education at home and abroad,illustrating the significance of this study from both theoretical and practical perspectives.This article focuses on the theoretical,historical,and practical basis to elaborate the origin of the historical orientation of the new development stage,and studies the scientific connotation and main characteristics of the new development stage,establishing a research background.Based on the principle of problem oriented,gradually refine the research object from a global perspective,analyze the problems faced by the employment situation in China from the national and social level,analyze the negative factors brought by society,family,school,and individuals on the employment outlook of college students from the source of the problems,and propose positive factors for the employment outlook of college students from the perspective of endogenous motivation,This article traces back to the source of the practical problems in the education of college students’ employment outlook at the current new stage of development.Based on the above research,and in line with the research logic of raising,analyzing,and solving problems,this article focuses on the problems existing in the education of college students’ employment outlook at the new development stage,and based on the requirements of the times at the new development stage,launches a research on countermeasures for the education of college students’ employment outlook.Propose the educational concept of serving higher quality employment,helping students plan their lives,cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and highlighting the service of college students with employment difficulties.With the goal of cultivating young people of the era who have scientific career planning,lofty ideals and beliefs,dare to explore and innovate,and are willing to contribute at the new stage of development,implement the educational content of self cognition education,professional ethics education,and vocational planning education,with classroom teaching,model education Practice experience and precise service are the methods to create employment concept education for college students.Finally,based on the strong practicality of employment concept education,starting from the perspective of government,society,schools,and families,and taking objective influencing factors such as policies,funds,subjects,and team building as the entry point,this paper proposes to establish and improve the security mechanism for employment concept education for college students. |
