An Explore Of College Graduates Employment At Popular Stage Under International Perspective

Employment is essential to people's well—being.As part of social employment,university graduate employment is closely related to the interests of every family and therefore,is the stragegie core problem of domestic employment .At present,higher education in our country is experiencing innovation and development.Ever since the enrollment rise of universities in 1999,the conflicts between graduate employment and social demands have become the focus of attention from univerties,society and the country as a whole,which is more and more conspicuous. Since university graduates are the valuable human resource of our country,scientific and reasonable allocation of it is an essential part of domestic hunman resource distribution and has become the key factor to national economy and social development.Through documentary anlysis,the author attempts to probe into the cument status and problems of graduate employment and to make innovative generalizations or the current analyses.Through comparision of the graduate employment promotion policies home and abroad and reference to the successful experience of other countries,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on promoting graduate employmet that fit into the current situation of our country .Thtough chronological review,the thesis finds the route of development of domestic graduate employment system,pinpoints the drawbacks of the system and points out the direction of choice for graduate employment system under the current domestic circumstance. It provides practical edidence from promoting graduate employment with the purpose of perfecting the domestic graduate employment system. With this train of thought ,the thesis is divided into four parts:Part1 briefly introduces the current status and policies of graduate employment in the stage of higher education popularization.Part2 probes into the problems existing in the process of graduate employment in the stage of higher education popularization.Part3 analyzes in detail the reasons for the employment problems from the perspectives and education process.Part4 gives the personal opinions on graduate employment problems in the stage of higher education popularization through cross cultural comparison.
