| The development of Internet technology has gradually allowed people to enter digital life,and also put a new label on sports,empowering the sports life of characters,making physical exercise more scientific,convenient and personalized,meeting people’s diversified fitness needs,and student groups have also become the "main force" of digital sports.In order to deeply understand the use of Internet +sports in the student group,this paper uses research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,takes students of Ganzhou secondary vocational schools as the survey objects,focuses on understanding the basic situation of students’ participation in physical exercise and the use of sports APP,clarifies the current status of secondary vocational students’ use of sports APP,and provides scientific guidance for secondary vocational students to reasonably use sports APP to participate in physical exercise.Provide scientific decision-making information to promote the improvement of the physical health level of secondary vocational school students.The results show that:1.Secondary vocational students have low physical education cognition,lack of exercise motivation,and the status quo of exercise is not optimistic.The physical exercise of secondary vocational students has obvious individual differences,insufficient amount of exercise,low participation,short time,low frequency,low intensity,weak consumption power,single selection of items,and weak peer effect.Secondary vocational students are mainly affected by internal factors and pay attention to individual development.2.The physical exercise behavior of secondary vocational students has obvious gender differences and personalized characteristics.There are significant differences in physical exercise behavior of secondary vocational students of different genders and grades.There are differences between male and female students in physical exercise behavior stage,exercise time and frequency,and sports consumption power.At the same time,the difference of students’ personality also leads to the different choice of physical exercise items and exercise methods.3.Sports apps have a positive promoting effect on physical exercise behavior of secondary vocational students.Sports apps are mainly selected for short videos such as Keep APP,Douyin and wechat sports,which are mainly used for data recording and video teaching.Network media has become an important channel for secondary vocational students to exercise,providing students with convenient and fast exercise information and interactive platform,thus promoting the enthusiasm and initiative of students’ exercise behavior.4.The popularity rate and utilization rate of sports apps are not high,the project selection is single,and the user stickiness is insufficient.Sports are dominated by traditional sports such as running and ball games,which lack diversity and individuation,and smart sports are not yet popular,which limits the development of students in physical exercise and the satisfaction of their needs.Based on the research results,this paper proposes to promote students to exert their subjective initiative and actively participate in physical exercise;Improve the digital education level of teachers’ physical education and focus on the diversified demands of students;Coordinate the quality of school sports and digital education empowerment,and build media brand recognition;Suggestions on improving the level of public sports services and pooling and sharing high-quality resources. |
