| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the battle against poverty has achieved comprehensive victory,and the social security industry has developed rapidly.As one of the vulnerable groups,the issue of education security for children in need has also received widespread attention from the country and society.It is urgent to promote the development of education security for children in need and establish an education security system for children in need.Since 2016,China has successively issued policy documents such as the "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Children in Difficulties" and the "Opinions on Further Improving the Care and Service System for Left behind Children and Children in Difficulties in Rural Areas".The education security for children in difficulties has achieved certain achievements,but the current education security still cannot meet the diverse needs of the education development of children in difficulties.The accuracy of education security work is limited There are some shortcomings and problems in terms of effectiveness and universality.Based on this,this article analyzes and studies the current situation and problems of education security for children in need during the compulsory education stage in X City,Shandong Province.The aim is to enrich and develop scientific theories on the education security system for children in need,the educational development of children in need,and practical measures for social work for children in need.At the same time,it also provides reference for social work practices for education security for children in need in various regions,Promote the development of social work practices related to children in difficult situations.This article takes disadvantaged children in the compulsory education stage of X City,Shandong Province as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey of 180 disadvantaged children,in-depth interviews were conducted with 5 government officials,3 principals,7 teachers,3 communities,and 2 social organizations.Through literature research methods,the process and current situation of research on educational security for disadvantaged children were understood and grasped The development direction and relevant policies and regulations have been organized,analyzed,and summarized.Based on the theory of education equity,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and social support theory,this paper starts from the four different responsibility subjects of schools,governments,communities,and social organizations to deeply explore the status quo of education security for children in distress,and summarizes that the current education security for children in distress has imperfect legal systems,insufficient funds,and limited coverage Problems and deficiencies in the lack of rich content,long-term effectiveness,and professional talent team.This article conducts a systematic research and analysis on the current education situation and problems of children in difficult situations.Starting from the actual educational needs of children in difficult situations,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for ensuring the education of children in difficult situations.The country should achieve top-level design,coordinate guidance,and provide "planning support".Schools should make core efforts to implement "precise training" for children in difficult situations,Communities and social organizations should provide "care and assistance" and "diverse assistance" to children in need,in order to establish a new type of "official civilian cooperation framework" for education security for children in need,with the active participation of the whole society,multi-dimensional,and diversified efforts.This will promote the deepening of education security content,sound policies,and continuous improvement of mechanisms for children in need,and promote the development of education security for children in need. |
