| In the track and field elective class for physical education majors,middle and long distance running is a sport that every student must master well.Using effective class time to scientifically and effectively improve students’ performance in mid and long distance running is not easy.Currently,traditional teaching methods are most commonly used in long-distance running teaching in track and field elective classes,while traditional teaching methods usually adopt a unified approach of teaching and practicing.Students with good foundation are difficult to obtain greater improvement,and students with basic examination cannot keep up with the teacher’s progress.In order to change this "one pot cooking" phenomenon,it is necessary to explore new and more scientific teaching methods based on traditional teaching methods,This is crucial for improving the teaching effect of medium and long distance running in specialized track and field classes.Based on the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and with the aim of improving the teaching effect of middle and long distance running,this paper conducted a comparative experiment.In the contrast study,traditional teaching methods were used for middle and long distance running teaching.In the experimental class,a classification teaching method was used to classify students according to their weak physical qualities.Different training objectives,tasks,and requirements were designed for various types of students,and targeted training and teaching were conducted.I hope to find scientific training methods to improve the teaching effect of middle and long distance running,and provide reference for the enrichment of teaching methods of middle and long distance running.This article mainly uses the methods of literature,experiment,interview,and mathematical statistics to study 26 male students from the 2020 level track and field transfer class of Changchun Normal University.They are divided into an experimental group of 13 people and a control group of 13 people.The control group adopts the traditional medium and long distance running teaching method.The experimental group adopts the classified teaching method and conducts a 4-week teaching experiment.The results show that there are significant differences in various indicators of physical fitness between the two groups after the experiment.The classification teaching method can specifically improve the weak items of students’ physical quality,and can better promote the improvement of students’ physical quality;After the experiment,there is a significant difference between the two groups in mid and long distance running performance,indicating that the classification teaching method can effectively improve students’ physical fitness in a classified manner and effectively improve their mid and long distance running performance;Based on the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,the classified teaching method classifies students and exercises them for weak physical fitness,which has a good effect on improving the teaching effect of middle and long distance running. |
