| With the reform of basic education curriculum and the new round of college entrance examination reform,class based teaching has gradually entered the physical education stage of ordinary high school.Nowadays,the physical quality of students is declining year by year.With the development of national sports undertakings and the continuous advancement of quality-oriented education reform,physical education has been paid more and more attention by education departments.The country has also introduced various policies,requiring the reform of quality-oriented education and optimizing the physical education curriculum,so that students can master one or two sports skills.It is not easy to operate in practice,and it is still not fully realized.Physical education,as a particularly important part,has become the focus of teaching reform.In this context,"students can independently choose their favorite sports items and have long-term special learning" class teaching comes into being.In traditional physical education,students only need to attend classes according to the courses arranged by the academic affairs office of the school.Students learn a lot of sports items,but there is no special learning,and finally pass the unified test to complete the study of this semester.This PE class inherited for many years has caused obstacles to quality education,some scholars in the academic and educational circles believe that,If we neglect the cultivation of students’ interests and personal characteristics,we cannot reach the requirement of comprehensive talent cultivation under the background of quality education."Class based physical education" teaching is a new teaching organization form,which can be applied to physical education in primary and secondary schools.This teaching method can allow students to choose items independently and meet their interests and sports needs.The development and maturity of the teaching method of "class system in physical education" needs constant improvement and improvement in practice.In this paper,while analyzing the senior high school teaching based on class system in other countries,according to the actual reform of education and teaching in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the reform of physical education in Hohhot and the implementation status of the senior high school physical education curriculum based on class system by using various methods such as literature,questionnaire and interview.This paper analyzes and discusses the school resources,course selection,class arrangement,teaching effect satisfaction,teaching management and teaching evaluation,in order to sort out the problems,explore the influence factors,and then put forward the measures to improve the class system teaching of physical education in Hohhot ordinary high school.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Four ordinary high schools in Hohhot that have implemented the class system of physical education courses can practice the teaching concept with the purpose of "student-centered" and "health first".(2)The resource allocation of the four schools can meet the needs of shift system,and the teachers have strong professional ability,reasonable age structure and professional title ratio,but relatively few female teachers.(3)In terms of management,the four schools have all made efforts in six aspects of course selection management,classroom management,class management,teacher management,daily management and safeguard measures,striving to be specific and precise.At the same time according to the actual situation of the four schools to formulate the evaluation system.(4)The physical education curriculum based on class system is an important means and method of physical education curriculum reform.The four schools that have implemented the physical education based on class system have obtained various teaching achievements and honors,and made contributions to the construction of campus culture.(5)Through in-depth investigation and research,the problems existing in the practice of class based teaching in four schools and the influencing factors restricting the development of class based teaching of physical education in Hohhot are found out,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Based on the analysis of the current situation of four ordinary high schools in Hohhot,this paper makes theoretical research and research data on the improvement of physical education based on class teaching,and provides certain reference basis for the development of physical education based on class teaching in high schools in the future. |
