| Under the advancement of education informatization,scholars to combine online and offline learning advantages of hybrid teaching more and more attention,many universities also began to combine the traditional classroom teaching and network teaching advantages,trying to create a better learning environment for learners,therefore,hybrid teaching has gradually become the norm of higher teaching,plays an important role in higher education.At the same time related problems also highlighted: in the online teaching process,due to the limitation of time and space,students usually cannot get teachers ’real-time feedback,and teachers in usually only the students’ learning results information feedback to students,not the students learning process ability also real-time feedback,and peer evaluation as a formative evaluation strategy is in the process of learning students learning information real-time feedback to students,just can make up for the shortage of teacher feedback,as far as possible to ensure the students’ enthusiasm and initiative,promote the all-round development of students,the peer evaluation is gradually valued.However,in the peer mutual evaluation activity,students are limited by their own initiative and cognitive level,so teachers need to take effective intervention measures to improve the implementation effect of peer mutual evaluation activity,so as to ensure the quality of peer mutual evaluation.This study first combed the domestic and foreign peer evaluation and teacher intervention,summarizes the important influence of peer evaluation factors and summarizes various types of teacher intervention strategies,secondly,on the basis of literature analysis,through the analysis of mutual evaluation,interview survey to understand the mixed teaching environment of peer intervention implementation status,provides a certain realistic basis for teacher intervention strategy.Then,according to the existing peer mutual evaluation model,a general peer mutual evaluation structure process was developed,and under the guidance of relevant theories,according to the peer mutual evaluation process,teacher intervention strategies to improve the quality of peer mutual evaluation in mixed teaching are preliminarily proposed.Finally,based on the course of "Educational TV programming and production" under the mixed teaching mode,the teacher intervention strategies are continuously optimized in the process of action research,and finally the teacher intervention strategies that can effectively improve the quality of peer mutual evaluation are obtained.Research shows that the application of teacher intervention strategy after peer assessment quality has significantly improved,teacher intervention strategy has a significant influence on cognitive engagement,cognitive engagement the higher the peer assessment,the higher the quality,the author based on the mixed teaching mode of teacher intervention strategy can effectively improve the quality of peer assessment,improve the teaching effect. |
