The new era of college entrance examination is coming in an all-round way.In the face of the new mode of disciplines selection,many students encounter problems in the decision-making ofdisciplines selection,such as being too utilitarian and influenced by others,which leads to unreasonable course selection and ultimately impacts on career development.High school students are establishingself-identity,they are not clear about self-positioning,lack of decision-making ability to their career development,and career maturity is generally not high.Therefore,it is very important to grasp the psychological development characteristics of senior one students in the early stage of career exploration and to clarify the factors and development characteristics that affect their career maturity.Focusing on the high school students in the early stage of career development exploration,and exploring the influence of their individual psychological factors on career maturity,integrating their current situation of career maturity development,and then putting forward educational suggestions,The theory and practice of individual career development will have certain significance.Combined with literature research,this paper puts forward the internal factors that affect the career planning of senior one students: self-identity,career maturity,majordecision-making self-efficacy,and constructs an intermediary theoretical model of self-identity,majordecision-making self-efficacy and career maturity.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,it is proved that majordecision-making self-efficacy plays an intermediary effect,andexplored the conditions of self-identity,majordecision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of senior one students.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The development status of high school students’ self-identity,professional decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity was understood.The level of selfidentity,major decision-making self-efficacy is moderate,and the level of career maturity is low.2.The variables of school education environment,family education environment and personal factors are closely related to the level of self-identity,professional decision-making self-efficacy and the development of career maturity.3.At the beginning of career exploration,the self-identity of senior one students was positively correlated with the sense of self-efficacy of professional decisionmaking,self-identity and career maturity,and major decision-making self-efficacy was positively correlated with career maturity.4.Major decision-making self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between self-identity and career maturity.According to the above conclusions,based on the relationship between selfidentity,major decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity,and the conditions,this study throws out the following educational suggestions from three aspects: school,family and individual:1.Handle the Relationship between self-identity,major decision-making selfefficacy and career maturity.2.To improve the level of studentscareer maturity by combining individual factors.3.Strengthen career strategy guidance and promote career planning rationalization.
