| In recent years,the demand for technical and skilled talents has gradually increased in our country.In 2019,vocational education and general education were regarded as equal types of education in Article 20 of vocational education issued by our government,and vocational education has been paid more and more attention.Under the background of social and economic development,companies are demanding more and more from graduates.But the teaching quality of the courses in secondary vocational schools is not satisfactory at the moment.The main problem is that the teaching mode does not match with the characteristics of combining theory and practice in secondary vocational school courses,which causes low efficiency for students.As a compulsory basic course for accounting students,"Basic Accounting" in secondary vocational school focuses on cultivating students’ practical accounting ability.However,due to the mismatch between traditional teaching methods and the curriculum,the teaching objectives of this course have not really met the expectations.In order to improve the teaching effect of "Basic Accounting" course in secondary vocational school,this paper introduces the integration of theory and practice teaching into this course.This paper uses literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and comparative analysis methods.First of all,literature analysis is used to find relevant information to sort out the basic theories of the integrated theory and practice teaching at home and abroad.Secondly,interview outlines and questionnaires are designed to understand the current situation of the teaching of "basic accounting" course teaching in Q secondary vocational school,and the problems existing in teaching are analyzed from the perspectives of both teachers and students.Again,on the basis of the above,the teaching model applicable to the "Basic Accounting" course was constructed from four elements: teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching activities and teaching evaluation.Finally,the content of the chapter of selling goods and accounting processing is selected to set the experimental class and the control class for comparative analysis and research.After the experiment,the total score is taken as the objective level and the results of student evaluation forms and questionnaire are taken as the subjective level.The conclusion is drawn that the total score of the students in the control class is significantly lower than that of the experimental class,and there is a significant difference.The students in the experimental class were able to adapt to and willing to continue to use the teaching mode of integration of theory and practice;students in the experimental class showed more active learning behavior;the students in the experimental class have higher learning enthusiasm and more innovation in the course.This paper draws the following research conclusions: the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice can solve the problems in teaching process of "basic accounting" course in secondary vocational schools to a certain extent.It can enhance students’ self-efficacy and motivation;it can promote the combination of theory and practice to achieve the teaching objectives;it can realize teaching and learning and promote the common development of teachers and students.At the same time,the following suggestions are made for the better use of the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice: elaborate design of teaching links,creation of collaborative and interactive classroom,and strengthening the comprehensive ability training of teachers.In conclusion,we hope that this study can bring some thoughts and references for teachers of accounting majors and further enrich the research on the integration of theory and practice in the field of secondary accounting majors. |
