Research On The Construction Of "Double-qualified" And "Dual-tale Nted" Faculty In The Private Application-orientated Universities

The level of private institutes in China have reached a new era,both in the scale and qualities of future students.Recently,based on the spirit of government,most private institutes are becoming application-orientated,aiming at training the application-oriented talents.Teachers are the core resources of the private application-orientated institutes,and their talents play the crucial role in not only the institutes' strength and quality but also the institutes' characteristic and orientation.The objective of teaching requires that the institutes need to concern about "double-qualified" and "dual-talented" teacher competency,such that it is feasible to optimize structure of a teacher team.In this thesis,we first elaborate the "double-qualified" and "dual-talented" teacher team building of related concepts and theoretical basis.Second,after giving backgrounds and directions of teacher team building related to "double-qualified" and "dual-talented" teacher competency,we find that it is needed to focus on the optimization of the teacher team's structure.Furthermore,the research methods adopted here entails literature review and fieldwork for investigation of a teacher team in some private application-orientated institute such that three issues,i.e.a teacher team's current status,teacher recruitment and teacher training,are addressed.Also the common problems encountered in the practice are disclosed.Finally,we provide the corresponding countermeasures to those problems based upon the theory of human resources management and education.
