Research On The Path Of Industry University Research Collaborative Education Of Master Of Library And Information Technology In China

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that enterprises should actively participate in the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities,take the market demand as the guidance,and establish a collaborative education system of industry,University and research.It can be seen from the report that China has raised the collaborative education of industry,University and research to a strategic height.Colleges and universities should be oriented to the needs of enterprises and research institutes,and cultivate innovative and practical talents.At present,the domestic library and information specialty is facing educational reform,especially the bottleneck in practical education,curriculum and innovative thinking.The collaborative education of industry,University and research has brought new ideas to the cultivation of Library and information professionals.Although China’s Library and information major has made some preliminary exploration in the collaborative education of industry,University and research,the type of development is relatively single,and both the external environment and the internal collaborative mechanism need to be improved.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the talent training system of Library and information specialty from the perspective of industry university research collaborative education and analyze the deficiencies in the training system of Library and information specialty in China.Firstly,this paper refers to the relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the research status at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the concept,mode and type of industry university research collaborative education and the necessity of industry university research collaborative education in Library and information specialty,so as to lay a good foundation for follow-up research.Then,select the research objects,start with the industry university cooperation education project of the Ministry of education and the official website data of colleges and universities,use the network survey method and literature survey method to make an empirical study on the industry university research collaborative education of Library and information specialty in China,understand the development of industry University research collaborative education of Library and information specialty,analyze the differences in the types of development of colleges and universities at different levels,and summarize the existing problems of industry university research collaborative education of Library and information specialty in China.Then,according to the research results,this paper summarizes the common modes of industry university research collaborative education of Library and information specialty,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different education modes through specific cases,and further excavates the problems existing in industry university research collaborative education of Library and information specialty.Finally,based on the above research basis,this paper puts forward some opinions and measures to help the development of Industry University Research Association of master of Library and information specialty,so as to provide some experience and reference for the cultivation of practical compound talents in Library and information specialty.
