| Entrepreneurship education has accumulated some experience in China’s colleges and universities for many years,and there are attempts to move forward to university-level entrepreneurship education.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have recognized the inevitability of building an effective ecosystem for the development of university-wide entrepreneurship education,and demonstrated its feasibility from both theoretical and practical aspects.However,as an emerging research direction,the understanding of building an ecosystem for university-wide entrepreneurship education in China needs to be further improved.Around the core issue "the composition and operation of the American university entrepreneurship education in the perspective of ecosystem theory",this study using literature analysis,comparative research and case study,based on the theory of the ecosystem theory,introduces concepts of natural ecological system,corresponding output subsystem,achievement transfer subsystem and achievements feedback subsystem.At the same time,by referring to the operation mechanism of the "internal integration and external connection" model of entrepreneurship education,four operating mechanisms of the university-wide entrepreneurship education ecosystem are proposed: achivements-driven mechanism,resource integration mechanism,information regulation mechanism and coupling correlation mechanism,which form the analysis framework of this study.On this basis,this study uses the framework of "three subsystems and four mechanisms" to analyze the composition and operation mechanism of the university-wide entrepreneurship education ecosystem of Syracuse University and Purdue University,and outlines the commonness and differences between the two universities through comparative analysis,then summarizes the experience of the composition and operation of the university-wide entrepreneurship education ecosystem in American universities: Elect entrepreneurial leaders and build a strong leadership core;Highlight the centrality of universities in the ecosystem;Embed in social entrepreneurship environment and create campus entrepreneurship culture;Choose an appropriate organization mode according to the actual situation.Finally,considering the problems in the implementation of university-wide entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities,it is suggested that the establishment of university-wide entrepreneurship education ecosystem in American universities should give consideration to the openness and practicality of entrepreneurship courses in terms of outcomes and expand the faculty of entrepreneurship in both directions.In the aspect of achievement transfer,professional management of achievement transfer should be carried out,and financing channels should be opened up to increase the income of internal entrepreneurship.In the aspect of achievement feedback,we should strengthen the feedback consciousness and establish the multi-subject feedback mechanism.In the aspect of operating mechanism,we should keep the ecosystem open and strengthen the communication between subsystems. |
