Research On The Countermeasures Of Integrating Craftsman Spirit Into The Activities Of Secondary Vocational League Day

Craftsman spirit,in English,craftsman’s spirit,is a kind of professional spirit.It is the embodiment of professional ethics,professional ability and professional quality,and a kind of professional value orientation and behavior of practitioners.The basic connotation of "craftsman spirit" includes dedication,lean,focus and innovation."Craftsman spirit" is the spirit of pursuing excellence in creation,quality and service.The Youth League Day activity is a key position for secondary vocational schools to carry out ideological and political education for the Youth League members.Effective,scientific and systematic League Day activities can not only effectively unite League branch members,but also allow students in secondary vocational schools to fully experience the fun of League organization life;At the same time,it also helps to promote the optimization of League member branch organizations and further enhance the influence of League branch activities among the majority of secondary vocational students.Integrating the craftsman spirit into the League Day activities in secondary vocational schools can not only effectively improve the importance of League members to the learning of craftsman spirit,but also rely on the League organization to carry out the learning of craftsman spirit,which helps to promote secondary vocational students to transform the theoretical knowledge of craftsman skills into practical cultivation.At present,many scholars have conducted in-depth research around the group day activities with the theme of craftsman spirit,and unanimously believe that carrying out the group day activities with the theme of craftsman spirit can effectively enhance the depth and breadth of students’ understanding of craftsman culture and craftsman skills,and further consolidate the role of the group organization in Ideological Education in secondary vocational schools.In view of this,this paper takes three secondary vocational schools in Hunan Province as the research object,focusing on the current situation and causes of the activities of the Youth League Day in secondary vocational schools with the theme of craftsman spirit.And comprehensive use of case analysis,literature analysis,questionnaire research and other research methods to carry out systematic research.Combined with the analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that can effectively promote the integration of craftsman spirit into the Youth League Day activities in secondary vocational schools.The core content of this paper mainly includes three parts.First,it makes a theoretical analysis on the integration of craftsman spirit into the activities of the Youth League Day in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of the two concepts of craftsman’s spirit in the scientific community and the activities of the secondary vocational League Day,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of the integration of craftsman’s spirit into the activities of the secondary vocational League Day,and analyzes the coincidence between the activities of the secondary vocational League Day and the craftsman’s spirit from the aspects of content,purpose and method.Second,taking the three affiliated secondary vocational schools in Hunan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of craftsman spirit into the Youth League Day activities in secondary vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the main problems of the integration of craftsman spirit into the Youth League Day activities in three secondary vocational schools in Hunan Province are lack of cognition,limited content,single mode and insignificant effect.Third,put forward the innovative strategy of integrating craftsman spirit into the activities of the Youth League Day in secondary vocational schools.This paper puts forward relevant strategic suggestions from four aspects: creating the atmosphere of craftsman spirit secondary vocational League Day activities,optimizing the content of craftsman spirit secondary vocational League Day activities,innovating the ways of craftsman spirit secondary vocational League Day activities,and enhancing the initiative of the main body of craftsman spirit secondary vocational League Day activities.
