With the rapid development of information technology in education,the supporting role of information technology in education reform is gradually emerging.Hybrid teaching emerged as the product of information technology in education.At present,secondary vocational schools are gradually popularizing information education in order to improve the quality of education and cultivate innovative talents to meet the needs of the times.In addition,the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic is gradually entering the normalization stage,The traditional teaching model can no longer meet the teaching needs of secondary vocational schools,and hybrid teaching has gradually been explored and practiced in secondary vocational schools.However,currently,there are problems with a single teaching design form and low student satisfaction with hybrid teaching in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,in order to better integrate hybrid teaching and curriculum teaching in secondary vocational schools,and enhance the satisfaction of secondary vocational students with hybrid teaching,To promote the widespread application of hybrid teaching in secondary vocational schools,based on existing research on hybrid teaching,this article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of hybrid teaching in secondary vocational schools,taking the course "Tour Guide Business" as an example,and then uses the Kano model to diagnose the quality of hybrid teaching in secondary vocational schools based on student satisfaction,Then establish optimization strategies to improve mixed teaching satisfaction,improve the original mixed teaching,and optimize the design and implementation of mixed teaching.This study focuses on the students majoring in tourism in the senior year of JH Secondary Vocational School who are studying the course "Tour Guide Business".Guided by improving the quality of mixed teaching and learning in secondary vocational schools,it comprehensively uses literature research methods,interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,and statistical analysis to carry out relevant research.The main work is as follows:(1)Through reviewing the relevant research on hybrid teaching theory and curriculum quality at home and abroad,a comprehensive research framework for applying Kano model to the diagnosis of hybrid teaching curriculum quality is proposed.(2)Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of mixed teaching of "Tour Guide Business" in secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the problems existing in the current mixed teaching of secondary vocational schools.(3)Based on the analysis of the applicability of the Kano model,through reviewing previous research literature,it is determined to use the Kano model to evaluate the curriculum quality factors of the mixed teaching of "Tour Guide Business" in secondary vocational schools,and use the Kano model to diagnose the curriculum quality based on the perspective of student satisfaction,and propose corresponding optimization strategies.(4)Based on the hybrid teaching model proposed by Professor Li Fengqing and combined with corresponding optimization strategies,a hybrid teaching model based on the Kano model optimization strategy was constructed.The teaching design and implementation were conducted with the teaching object of Class 2,Senior One of Tour Guide Service Major,JH Secondary Vocational School,and the first section of Chapter 4 of "Tour Guide Business" as the teaching content.After the teaching is implemented,the implementation effect is evaluated through interviews.
