With the appear successively of mobile Internet new technologies and new education concepts,education reform continues to deepen.The traditional teaching model of secondary vocational schools has been unable to adapt the current education informatization and the of social need for talents.In order to effectively change the traditional teaching model the teacher teaches students to learn passively.The teaching effect is not good,students lack learning initiative,teaching activities lack planning,and students’ comprehensive quality is low.This article takes the secondary vocational "Guide Business" course as an example,which will be constructed with systematic,comprehensive,interactive and practical advantages of the flipped classroom hybrid teaching model is applied to the teaching process,to better promote the teaching reform of the curriculum,make students more flexible and active in learning,and enhance students’ classroom participation,sense of responsibility and sense of acquisition.Based on this,this research firstly through review relevant literature of flipped classroom at home and abroad,grasps the related concepts of flipped classrooms teaching,and made an in-depth analysis of flipped classroom teaching model by combining constructivism theory,blended learning theory and five-star teaching method.Secondly,Using student questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews to know the current teaching status of the "Guide Service" course in secondary vocational schools,and through comprehensively analyze the elements of the flipped classroom teaching model design,and constructed a hybrid teaching model "Guide Service" in secondary vocational based on flipped classroom Finally,the study situation of the guide’s explanation methods and skills in the course of "tour guide business" in secondary vocational schools is selected for application and analysis of teaching cases,in order to explore the "Guide Service" course teaching model suitable for secondary vocational students,and mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning,improve the quality of teaching,enhance the comprehensive professional ability of secondary vocational students,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the teaching reform of the "Guide Service" course in secondary vocational schools.
