| The rapid development of modern information technology has greatly changed people’s production,lifestyle and means of dissemination.The widespread popularity of Internet and mobile devices has allowed different cultures and values exchange and blend in cyberspace like never before.The development of the mobile Internet enables more and more ordinary people to participate in the social dissemination of information,and a We-media era of“everyone has a microphone” has quietly emerged.The We-media era has the characteristics of strong interaction and high autonomy,and “Internet celebrities” emerge at the historic moment.The ubiquitous “Internet celebrities” have a profound influence on the behavior and values of college students.College students are at a crucial stage of value formation,with less social experience and immature thoughts,and their values at this stage are also vulnerable to various influences.The value output of “Internet celebrities” in the We-media era has become an important factor influencing the values of college students.“Internet celebrities” have both positive and negative effects on college students’ values.Therefore,in the era of We Media,especially the current prevalence of “Internet celebrities”,it is urgent to make use of the powerful influence of “ Internet celebrities ” and the Internet to correctly guide college students and help them establish positive and advanced values.After explaining and defining the concepts of We-media era,“Internet celebrities”,and the values of college students,this paper is based on Principle of Dialectical Relationship between Social Existence and Social Consciousness,Model Education Theory,Theory of Audience Psychological Effects,as well as Xi Jinping’s important expositions on emerging media and ideological and political education.In this paper,literature study,case analysis,and inductive research method are used to study the double-sided influence of “Internet celebrities” on college students’ values in the era of We Media.“Internet celebrities” in the We-media era have some positive effects on college students’ value.Among these positive effects,one noteworthy point is that “Internet celebrities” help college students expand their knowledge and vision.Another important influence is that “Internet celebrities” help college students diversify their aesthetics.And “Internet celebrities” also help college students to update their ideas of innovation and entrepreneurship,etc.But “Internet celebrities” have also brought many negative impacts on college students.These negative impacts include,but are not limited to,the following: blurring college students’ political values,corrupting college students’ professional values,distorting college students’ consumer values,misleading college students’ marriage and love values,impacting college students’ moral values,alienating college students’ aesthetic values,etc.Exploring the negative impact of “Internet celebrities”on college students’ values includes,but is not limited to,the following reasons: the network ecology needs to be purified,the quality of “Internet celebrities” is uneven,the government supervision mechanism is not perfect,and the cognition of values of college students is not mature.Based on the analysis of the double-sided influence of “Internet celebrities” on college students’ values and the reasons,this paper puts forward the following coping strategies.Firstly,the government should continue to clean up cyberspace and encourage positive“Internet celebrities”.Secondly,We-media enterprises should strengthen their sense of corporate social responsibility.Then,“Internet celebrities” should improve themselves and eliminate the source of chaos.Finally,college students should actively strengthen self-education,and solid their youth background color. |
