| School physical education is a part of school education,and the core work of school education is teaching.The selection and application of teaching methods occupy an important position in teaching work,and affect the progress of educational work.The author introduces scaffolding teaching method into physical education teaching.As a traditional Chinese sports event,martial arts is more representative in physical education teaching.Martial arts not only brings students not only physical fitness and spiritual pleasure,but also the most intuitive character development.It changes traditional teaching methods and uses scaffolding teaching method to conduct teaching through five parts:scaffolding,scene creation,independent exploration,cooperative learning,and effect evaluation,Deeply implement the requirements of the new curriculum reform.This article applies scaffolding teaching method to physical education teaching.Through research methods such as literature review,experiment,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,an experiment was conducted on 40 non physical education majors in Linyi University.The experimental period was 12 weeks.The experimental group used scaffolding teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The experiment reached the following conclusions:1.Influenced by uncontrollable environmental factors of the COVID-19,the experiment was intermittent.The experiment consisted of online and offline teaching methods.The experimental results still showed that under the guidance of the scaffolding teaching method,students had more enthusiasm and better academic performance.2.According to experimental verification,the experimental effect of scaffolding teaching method is obvious,and students’ physical fitness,performance,learning interest,autonomous learning ability,and cooperation ability have been significantly improved when applied to Taijiquan teaching in public martial arts classes in universities.3.In physical education teaching,both scaffolding teaching method and traditional teaching method can better improve students’ physical fitness,but the improvement effect of traditional teaching method is not prominent enough.It fully reflects that the development of Taijiquan cannot be separated from the innovation of teaching methods.4.In terms of motor skill learning,although traditional teaching methods can also improve students’ motor skill learning ability,scaffolding teaching has a better effect on promoting students’ skill learning.5.In physical education learning,scaffolding teaching method can help students fully understand themselves,face up to shortcomings and shortcomings,and enable students to improve themselves in many ways. |
