The new curriculum standard of high school ideology and politics under the guidance of core literacy emphasizes that teachers should give full play to the main role of students,and adopt the methods of topic discussion and activity exploration to promote the "rooting" of the core literacy of the subject.This emphasizes that high school ideological and political courses should promote the achievement of literacy goals by deepening inquirybased teaching and changing teaching methods.As the main line of inquiry-based teaching,inquiry task is an important starting point for changing teaching methods and achieving literacy goals.The quality of inquiry task design is closely related to the effect of inquiry teaching.Teachers designing high-quality inquiry tasks is the cornerstone of effective inquiry teaching and continuous implementation of literacy goals.Therefore,how to give full play to the teaching value of inquiry tasks through careful design is a topic that every high school political teacher must seriously think about and study in depth.Based on a review of related national and international research,this essay concentrates on the construction of the inquiry task and is organized into three sections for discussion:The first part of the paper is devoted to reviewing the Inquiry Task and how to design it.It clarifies the basic connotation of the inquiry task and the design of the inquiry task,and on this basis,examines the characteristics of the inquiry task in the teaching of high school ideological and political course and the theoretical basis of its design.The significance of inquiry task construction in high school ideological and political education is explained in this paper.The second section is the investigation of the current issues and causes.According to the data evaluation of the research,it is revealed that there are certain problems in the construction of investigation assignments in the education of the ideological and political subjects in high schools,which are basically reflected in the followings four points.:The target setting of enquiry tasks is not purposeful enough,the openness of contentual arrangement is poor,the design of prerequisites is too broad,and the designing of assessment is not paid enough consideration.The causes are diverse.This paper focuses on analysing them from three angles: the complexity of the enquiry task itself,the absence of profound theory studies and experimental exploration,and the limitations of teachers’ energy and capabilities.The third chapter describes the improvement method.According to the analysis of the present situation and its root causes,this study takes the goal of literacy as the guidance and inquiry teaching as the research basis,and summarizes the enhancement strategics of inquiry task construction in the ideological and politics curriculum of senior high school:enhancing the function of inquiry task construction,Specifying the fundamental principles of inquiry task construction,broadening the thinking of the inquiry task design,improving the validity of inquiry task construction,and paying attention to the construction of inquiry task assessment.From the above five aspects,this paper systematically discusses the optimization strategy of inquiry task design,and strives to deepen the cultivation of inquiry teaching,increase the performance of class teaching as a result,thus strengthening the students’ feeling of self learning,and carrying out the promotion of subject core capability.
