| College students play an important role in connecting schools and society,and play an important role in the future development of the country.However,various problems in their physical exercise behavior have seriously affected the development of their physical health.According to relevant literature,it has been found that today’s college students’ physical exercise behavior is characterized by low attention,low participation,low exercise frequency,less exercise time,and low participation intensity,So this article starts from multiple aspects to study the influencing factors and internal relationships of college students’ physical exercise behavior.The main research purpose is to improve college students’ physical exercise behavior and improve their physical health in the future,which is in line with the development strategy of Healthy China and has certain practical significance.Firstly,this article uses the literature review method to analyze and organize the composition of various influencing factors.Secondly,expert interviews were used to further improve the questionnaire,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on college students from four ordinary universities in Changchun.A total of 553 questionnaires were distributed and 531 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 96%.Finally,mathematical statistics was used to analyze the data,SPSS was used to explore the group differences of individual factors,family factors,social factors and school factors,and AMOS was used to study the relationship between the internal factors and college students’ physical exercise behavior,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Boys are better than girls in terms of motivation,experience,parents’ exercise habits,and sports culture for physical exercise.Parents’ support for physical exercise in lower grades is higher than that of higher grade students,and higher grades have lower satisfaction with the school’s material environment support compared to lower grade students.Sports major students have higher levels of exercise experience,parental support,community sports services,sports culture,school interpersonal environment,and school material environment support than non sports major students.2.Individual,family,social,and school factors all have an impact on college students’ physical exercise behavior.Among them,exercise motivation directly affects exercise experience,while college students’ physical exercise behavior indirectly affects exercise experience.College students’ physical exercise behavior plays a mediating role in the impact of exercise motivation on exercise experience.Parental support directly affects college students’ physical exercise behavior,while parental exercise habits indirectly affect college students’ physical exercise behavior.Parental exercise habits play a mediating role in the relationship between parental support and college students’ physical exercise behavior.Sports culture directly affects community sports services,while college students’ physical exercise behavior indirectly affects community sports services.College students’ physical exercise behavior plays a mediating role in the impact of sports culture on community sports services.The material environment of the school directly affects the physical exercise behavior of college students,while the interpersonal relationship environment of the school has an indirect effect on the physical exercise behavior of college students.The interpersonal environment of the school plays a mediating role in the influence of the material environment of the school on the physical exercise behavior of college students. |
