For the better application of theories and methods of physical function training to the badminton special training in physical education and the resolution of the problems existed in the teaching of badminton specific training purpose,by the means of Documentation,Experiment survey and Statistical method,this article analyzed the physical function request and traits of badminton special in physical education.Then established the content system of the badminton special physical function training in physical education in consideration of the present situation of the students' FMS and special quality and the problems existed in the badminton special training.Furthermore,I experimented on thirty two China West Normal University physical education major elective class students to verify the system in the form of randomly divided them into treatment and control groups and the conclusions are:(1)The result of FMS suggests that the badminton elective class students' bi-directional capability,symmetry and flexibility of shoulder joint and thoracic vertebra are good,but the body's multidimensional equilibrium and stability are not so well when the upper and lower limbs are functioning at the same time.And too in the effective strength delivery of the core positions to the limbs and neuromuscular coordination skills and also the body's core positions and lower limps' equilibrium and stability.Part of the students' ankle joint agility is not good enough and the posterior thigh muscles' functional flexibility is relatively low.Even occurred the asymmetry between the left and the right sides.(2)And the badminton special quality experiment results shows that the class students' gross body coordination hair force ability and upper-limbs' explosive force are relatively not so good and the gap between two genders is wide.The boys' body core strength and strength endurance are better compared with the girls'.The students' speed agility and the feet's flexibility and stability are relatively low when the feet are moving fast.(3)In the experimental group,the functional action and total points emerge a obvious change from the beginning to the end of the experiment.Deep squat with holding up a wood stick,jump over hurdles,lower limbs straight uplift actively,body rotation stability and the P value of FMS score are repectively less than 0.05.However,the shoulder flexibility(p=0.083>0.05)and spinal stability push-ups(P=0.333>0.05)emerge a non-obvious difference from the beginning to the end of the experiment.(4)In the control group,there are seven functional actions as FMS screeningacations,which including deep squat with holding up a wood stick,hurdles striding over,squat with a wooden pole in hand,shoulder flexibility,lower limbs straight uplift actively,spinal stability push-ups and body rotation stability.The seven actions' scores and FMS total score are respectively greater than 0.05,which means there is no difference from the beginning to the end of the experiment.(5)In the badminton special qualities,the P values of sit-ups in a minute,badminton-throwing-away and 10 times low gravity center foursauare running are all less than 0.05,the difference between the begininng and end of experiment is significant.However,the P values of five-time touching left and right edge and five-time advance and retreat straight running are greater than 0.05,which means there is no difference between the begininng and end of experiment.(6)In the control group,the P values of badminton-throwing-away,ten-time low gravity center foursauare running,five-time touching left and right edge and five-time advance and retreat straight running are all greater than 0.05.That is to say,there is no difference for scores of these elements between the beginning and end of experiment.But the quality of sit-ups in a minute(P=0.005<0.05)emerge difference,and the score after experiment is higher than the before(T=3.282).It means that the traditional badminton teaching and training methods can improve badmintion elective class students' strenghth and stability of core torso.But the badminton special qulities and flexibility are less affected by traditional methods.(7)In the functional action FMS screening comparison between experiment group and control group,we can know that hurdles striding over,lower limbs straight uplift,body rotation stability's score and the FMS total score are different significantly.However,the difference of deep squat with holding up a wood stick,squat with a wooden pole in hand,shoulder flexibility and spinal stability push-ups are non-significant.(8)In the badminton special qualities comparison between experiment group and control group,the difference of badminton-throwing-away and ten-time low gravity center foursauare running are significant.However,the different of five-time touching left and right edge and five-time advance and retreat straight running are non-significant.
